It would be a case to case basis. If I invest big, I might hold it until it goes back again. Normally I invest big in a coin that has long term return. If my investment is small, I don't mind selling it so I wont lost big.

I’m new to the crypto world, I have some bad experience yet but I’m being educated little-by-little, based on my experience here in crypto world. I notice that some users when they see that bitcoin and ethereum coin had a very bad drop, so does the token, they are selling almost 70% of their holdings of that token. And I have experienced that when the market goes down, so does the token doing some panic sell. May I ask, is it advisable to sell the tokens you hold, when the price of your token goes really down?
It depends on what cause the price drops itself. If it because of the news that the coins is scam, and no further clarification from the CEO or the teams, i would assume it really a scam and i will definitely sell all my coins because there is no hope for comeback. |

No, I will hold it when my token goes down hard. I will wait until the price will rise , the I sell it. |

I also have such experience. I usually sell 50% and another part hold for better time. The same I do when tokens price go up x2-3 in one-two days. Stop loss and fix profit strategies are needed if you invest money in cryptocurrencies

One should be highlight if we are trading is to be calm and no need to be panic with the condition happening in this digital asset or cryptocurrency, especially in the market. Up and down is a common in cryptocuurency. As long as we stay calm and wait, we will never lose our profit.
And the best advise for you if the market down is wait and not selling your tokens.

No I don't, I would want to cut my loss and reduce my investment totally. Specially if it totally goes down hard then it would be a huge loss not unless I wouldn't sell it. If you think your altcoin is not a pump and dump then I suggest that you wait patiently and hold until its market recovers. |

I am trading fr the longer term . Thereby even when there is a price fluctuation i would hold my coins. simple as that. I think we shouldn't be short sighted with the present price actions as the adoption of crypto is yet to take place in larger scale. S when the trillion dollar banding network and other industries embrace this new technology these investments will go to moon. Until such time i am holding onto my coins without worrying too much on these market dips

What's the point of this? The price has already fallen. Do you want to sell cheap to buy expensive then? It makes sense to sell if you are sure that the price will go even lower and you will buy more coins. Everyone is waiting for growth to sell. |

The market will all the time have up's and down's, if it's going drastically down, and would make no sense to just sell it because its going down, coins are fluctuating so u just need to have patience, selling a token while the value is down means that u invest for nothing or you have to much money

If it drops to 70% I will definitely hold it otherwise I will lose half of my investment and that's what I really regret ,if in daily trading I will sell it id down 20% I will cut lose it can because panic from other traders so there will be a bigger decline then I will buy again if there is a good look in the market well for me daily trading is very different from long term investment
