Yes that's true a lot of bounty hunter always dump the price but it's their rights because bounty hunter is the one who help the project to promote it. It's natural if investor afraid to invest during ICO but it's big possibility to earn more profit if you buy during ICO because you can get a big bunos.

If you research enough on the project then you might be able to tell whether a campaign is going to be successful and when it would actually be. If it takes time for it to implement its platform then buying in the market is the best way to earn from it as the price  would be down for longer periods
