the decision is within you just my advice, you should study the project well and make a careful decision. Because it is usually better to buy during ICO because the price is cheaper in general, but not every time, because there are many tokens that are sold much below the price of ICO after they hit the market

The best strategy to follow is split your investment into two. Put in one during ico and use the second half to buy back on exchange. Most times, when listed some coins don't ever go back to ico price whereas some dump below ico price.

In each case, the decision must be made individually, depending on the potential of the particular project. Some ICOs are indeed able to double their capital in a matter of weeks.

It will depend on information available to you and bonuses offered, sometimes its better to go to the market and sometimes during an ico.

It is better to invest in a prospective ICO and get more coins at a lower price.  But you also risk losing money.

There are two differences between buying on market and during ICO. In first case you can be sure that token even has price and you can see some trends. Buying during ICO you can get some bonus within pre-sale period. So you should carefully study the campaign in which you want to invest.

You know, I think, there are great opportunities given by project during the time of ICO token sale, so that, this is definitely a good idea to buy during the token sale, especially during the private sale if you have an access to that.

I think it is better to buy in ICO rather than markets, the prices of tokens in ICOs are much cheaper than it is already listed on markets and usually it has a discounts if you participate on the ICO's Token sale. Buying tokens on the crypto markets is also good when the prices are downtrend but most of the time, the ICO tokens are one time pump and there is a small chance that you can make profits if you buy it.

the blockchain technological paradigm has given us the option of been financially independent and also given us the ability to be investors in the crypto oriented projects making a better profit margin but then most of the ICOs don't see the light of the day so for that reason i prefer to buy when it has come out to the market

When considering the price at these two different stages, during ICO and when it has been listed in the market. I feel it is totally dependent on the project and not for the fact that bounty hunters are allocated much. There are so many coins that bounty hunters have not been paid, yet they dumped. Personally, i prefer to buy during ICO and wait until it is listed. If it dumps more, i will buy more from the dump, because i believe in holding.

Everything depends on the state of the market. If the market is in decline and the price of bitcoin is at the bottom, then perhaps the best decision will be to buy on  exchanges. If the market grows, it will be more profitable to buy at ICO with a bonus.

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

If you are going to buy in bulk I think it is much better to buy during ICO process since they offer much better rewards and price the earlier you can buy and most of them offers a huge percentage reward for private sale and pre-sales. The market price however depends on the bounty campaign's success so I think it would be quite risky to wait and buy like that.

There are two possibilities.
First you can invest when ICO runs, usually you will get a bonus.
Secondly you can invest when ICO has entered the market, you can buy it very cheaply in forkdelta, but you do not get bonus.
the decision is in your hands.

I think when you buy it in ICO it will be good after you check that ICO that you want to join is look promising and a lot of people that invest in it. But you must aware too from scam project when you want to invest in ICO but you can get more coin in ICO Program.

In my own experience, the prices are way lower after the token sale in few weeks, when the bounty hunters are getting their bounty tokens, they would mostly sell for the price, that is in market right now, creating a big dump of price.

Definitely investing in during ICO is better  Look at some projects it gives 10times  returns during ICO. I think it's depend on how successful the project will be, but I still believe to invest during ICO

WIth market condition right now, better buying in exchange than join in ICOs. Many ICOs token when landed on exchange drop the price because many bounty hunters selling their share. But if thats a good coin with solid project, i think we can join on that ICO

It all depends on you. If you think the coin is good and has potential, you can buy during ICO so you can sell when the prices go up. But if you realize it is not so good, then you can wait when it gets to the market.

These days, it is not profitable to buy during the ICO, you should buy when these tokens got listed in the market. You can buy them cheap after getting listed.

I personally prefer ICOs it is more risky but you need not to trade, just invest, but choose carefully. Among rating platforms I like www.icoguide.com, so I would suggest it also for you.
