If the coin successfully reaches hardcap then it is certain that the price once available in the market will skyrocket, to invest a coin or token of course I will choose both, and usually I prefer to join in ICO and sell in the market.

For me it all depends . when a project is good I read the white paper and its OK , I buy the ICO some I have to wait after listing . mostly, projects with low cap tends to gain more grounds once listed.

I think its better to buy during ICO than the market because sometimes the Ico has a bonus that you can get an extra token or coin in different price rate. But when you try to buy tokens in the market it can be up or down if you are lucky enough you can buy lower than the ICO price

I think in this case, buying on the exchange is more cost-effective because most of the projects will be trading below the issue price. This way, although early investors are losing money, there is no way. This is the market situation. You must accept it.
