I think that now it is not necessary to invest in ICO, as many projects release their token on the exchange much cheaper than it was worth during the ICO. YOU just lose your money.

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

One year ago it was convenient to buy during ICOs, now it may be convenient only for early buyers who buy with a discount. For all the rest there is the market.

It has become very dangerous and heartbreaking to buy during ICO price. Most projects hardly achieve their target and thus listing on exchanges also becomes a major drawback. it is the reason why most investors now buy from exchanges directly.

On normal situation, I think buying in ICO gives you a cheaper offer especially when you get whitelisted during the early stage (Private or Presale) of the project. But there are some projects where you will be lucky enough to buy cheap on the market especially when the project is not yet know

Two years ago was better to buy tokens on ICO and pre-ICO especially, but now better to buy tokens on the exchange after ICO. All depend from the situation on cryptomarket and depend from the ICO.

Clearly it is smarter to purchase amid ICO, on the grounds that the costs are much lower and you can profit, yet the hazard angle is high with regards to any ICO you can`t be 100% certain that some coin will see utilize and turn out extraordinary.

Buying from ICO are still delicious rather than buying it in the market because we know the different of it price and not about that we can see the significat of the increase itself when it hit to the moon. But still investing in the ICO thats mean you will hold for a long term to gain any profit

It wise to buy the market than to participate in ico; it is even wiser not to trade at all now;  and wait for this type of bull breakout to buy in and lock down your profit as soon as possible. The market seems to be bullish now; time to buy black

According to my own experience it's more profitable to buy during ICO or even presale, if there're some bonuses.
Of course, there's always a risk that the price can be dumped below ICO price.
But it won't happen when the market is rising and a project has a lot of hype.

Investing during the ICO is risky while on the other hand buying after the token sale or when it is already released in the market would be more practical. Nowadays, most of the ico tokens' market price are falling upon the release which yields to loss of profit for the investors. As such, an investor would be able to buy many tokens after the release which might result into huge profit when the price of a certain token starts to rise

There is no single decision and each time the decision must be made individually. Only the analysis of many factors can help predict prices after the ICO and help to make the right choice.

my advice you better participate in presale ico, because the bonuses offered are usually large,
and the price is cheap, suitable to get some advantage there

There is certainly not a reasonable response to this, you should utilize your insight to judge what it is best for a specific coin, numerous coins can be had at a less expensive cost after the ico however there are additionally numerous different coins that skyrocket quickly so you should apply your criteria and choose in the event that you think there will be a tremendous eagerness after the ico, at that point it might be a smart thought to purchase before it hits the market yet in the event that you see the contrary it could be a smart thought to hold up after the ico.

Buying during the ico is much better than buying in market after ico because bounty hunters don't want to sell their rewards in low price anymore and this is because registering for bounty also is like investing in the ico because they spend their subscription and also their time working for the ico, so by this they will want to get good rewards.

It is always more profitable to buy a coin on ICO, since developers always offer good discounts and bonuses. To not be upset after investing it is necessary to adhere to a number of rules! You do not need to buy a coin on an ICO in which a bounty campaign is conducted, or a very large percentage of coins are given to advisors and a team without freezing, or too large discounts are offered for pre-sale. In general, there are a lot of such rules, but investment is quite a complicated science!

on the one hand, you can buy on the ICO, and on the other hand, despite the trend of coins that came out after the ICO are traded several times lower

It depends on the potential of a project. If it has a successful ICO, has the good review by the community I think you can not buy their tokens with a cheaper price on exchange site. Conversely, if you are a bad ICO, you will lose money when buying at ICO

One factor that could influence whether you invest during the ICO or on the open market is the amount of investable funds you have available. Most ICOs I’ve invested in undergo a period of consolidation before they launch on an exchange. This period can vary but is usually between 2-6 months. During this time your funds are locked up and you could potentially be missing gains on an alternative coin. On the other hand if the market is crashing then you could be spared from significant losses. Therefore it depends on how you spread your investable funds.

If the project is promising, then I think it is necessary to purchase coins at the time of ISO, so there is an opportunity to get more profit.
