it depends on the ico, if the investors see a good prospect in the ico, then most of the investors even choose to buy at ico, actually I also do not understand about investing in ico and I also have never invested in ico, because now this is a lot of ico that looks good but it turns out to be a scam, and ico that looks bad it turns out to be a success

My confidence in the ICO decreased slightly. Now I trust only those projects where there is the address of the main Wallet with a smart contract in the public domain and you can see the real amount of funds raised. Another important factor is the project team and its meetings with large investors.

It's a bit better to buy during Ico because it will be at a cheap rate with some bonuses compare to the market because when listed it may get rise in price compare to the ico price

If you have done you research and you know the project will succeed then investing during ICO or even before that as an early adopter is best because then you can get lower prices and possibly some extra bonus.

It depends on the potential of a project. If it has a successful ICO, has the good review by the community I think you can not buy their tokens with a cheaper price on exchange site. Bounty hunters are smart guys, they can realize this.

For me it is better to buy tokens when its already in the market because sometimes during the ICO there is scamming that is happening although not always happening but it is true. Hassle if that happened. Lost of money and time if happened.

indeed, yet not as you think. there are examinations and rewards when you put resources into ico. take a gander at it, relatively every ico has a sufficiently major reward. this is the preferred standpoint when you contribute.

Personally, I suppose it depends on potential of project and its popularity. Some ICOs are hyped a lot and have very big ratings so you won't be able to buy it at lower price during market trades. Even if the whole market is falling. But there are also many unpromising ICOs. So you should buy their tokens during market trades or shouldn't buy them at all.

It all depends on project, team and their marketing approach, if the projects has a very good reviews even bounty hunters will not dump it because some of them will know that the token will worth keeping. Bounty hunters knows what they are doing

Strategy is the key to success if you don't want to risk your invented money in an ICO that is not yet successful. But still depends on how you plan to gain than to loss your invested money. You need to think on how you invest because not all of the ICO are successful there is still some ICO that is a scam and ofcourse, there are ICO that are trusted in the community. It's wise to buy tokens that already in the market than risking it in an ICO.

The answer to this depends on the coin or project itself, some coins will give you better yield if you purchase during ICO and some in the market, but you need to understand what the coin or project is all about to make a good decision.

Each person's investment way is different, but I think the ico risk is less than the risk of buying in the market, because at the time of investment ico you can investigate ico project, rather than blindly investment.

It is all different in every ICO. Some ICOs have so big potential that you will never ever see them on ICO price again and some of them will go under ICO price, even very far and it is up to you if you believe in this project if so, you will buy more, if don't you will hodl or sell.

During the bear market , it may be sensible to buy little during ICO token generation and sales event.  Bear actually take out confidence out of investors as day easily sell there token in panic which create opportunity for smart investors to buy cheap.

This is definitely not a time to purchase if you are looking to hold for the long run.  Volatility is high and there is a chance the market is simply trying to dump the token in reaction to external forces. Wait until there is stability in the market...

Yes that's the biggest problem in ico project. giving big and bad gifts in sales so more bounty hunter sells cheaply because the ico project is considered a failure.

not all investors do that because every investor has his or her own way of doing an assessment of the project want to invest. and I think that doing that is just some investors. if indeed more investors are afraid to invest in ICO then try to see some of the ICO is currently still doing sales. and they can still get a lot of funds from the investor
