With practice.

I tried sending from one account to another and it failed.  I got several 100 billion transactions through but some of those failed.  Eventually I got it all onto one account in about 20 transactions and could send it in one shot from there.  Fortunately, I think I am the only one mining at the moment and I got all the transaction fees back
