International roaming now means prohibitive expenses both for telecoms and subscribers around the world. Inter-operator charges for entering roaming market now exceed $20 million.
Traditional roaming market is huge, but failing: according to research, 71% of all roamers globally remained silent, with just 1% of subscribers consuming 80% of all traffic in roaming.

SOLUTION
With BubbleTone Blockchain, travelers can swiftly become legitimate local customers of any foreign operator in the country they are traveling to.
They won’t have to replace their SIM card, and they retain their home number.

Any mobile carrier can publish prepaid plans as smart contracts on BubbleTone Blockchain. These offers are visible to all other operators and their subscribers. When subscriber selects offer, a new smart contract is created with the subscriber’s digital identity and payment transaction directly to foreign operator.

BubbleTone is not a global mobile service provider, BubbleTone is a global ecosystem for telecom service providers. They can join the system and leverage the advantage of direct interaction with clients and other operators with their businesses.

Mobile operators will benefit due to quick growth of provided services amount. We actively interacting with major mobile operators in several countries.
Operators do not earn top dollar on roaming. High prices are related to high costs for roaming technology deployment and maintenance as well as high intermediator fees. The fact is that high roaming prices  reduce the volume of communication services’ consumption. People use mobile less when in roaming just to save money.

The lower communication services cost for the user, the more he uses it. Thus, BubbleTone will help operators to sell more traffic.

BubbleTone system users will get communication services at local rates anywhere in the world + they will be able to stay connected with their home number linked to BubbleTone messenger. BubbleTone messenger is a competitive modern app with all standard functions + it offers users a number of unique blockchain features not available with other messengers (blockchain voting, crypto and fiat transfers etc.).

hi dev, outline the purpose of this bubbleTone project is very interesting. because telecommunications is a very important requirement in the present time. especially if everyone can use it easily and cheaply when traveling around the world. and no need to change the phone number when traveling in another country. hopefully the purpose of this project can be realized and successful.

Step 1:
Any mobile carrier can publish its own prepaid tariff plans (“Offers”) as smart contracts. These Offers are visible to all other operators and their subscribers.
Step 2:
A subscriber requests his home operator for service abroad.
Step3:
The home operator sends smart-contract (“Request”) with Digital Identity hash and Financial Transaction to the blockchain.
Step 4:
The smart-contract can be executed now. The money and the visitor’s identity are sent.
Step 5:
Visited operator services the subscriber directly by downloading his own mobile profile into visiting user’s SIM-card through OTA platform in seconds.
