Does look like a good idea. This means that there will be no massive dumping right after the token will be listed on an exchange.  Crowdsale participants have the chance to dump for quick profit though.

May we know which exchange show interest of UMT to get listed, letting users in bitcointalk know which excahnge might help them decide to invest on bubbletone.

You do not need any particular device to use our messenger. Dual sim phone is not needed because you don’t need any additional Sim cards, it’s just your current SIM. All you need is download BubbleTone messenger and through its’ interface you will be able to choose offers form service providers and subscribe or cancel subscription for services at any moment.

Based on the feedback received, several commonly known and trusted exchanges are interested, they will be the ones to launch UMT into the market. Detailed list of exchanges with names and dates will be announced after the ICO is over.

We are conducting private negotiations with exchanges and can’t provide any information under non disclosure agreements.

Web site shows that ICO is postponed for 1 month (20.04.18 12 PM (London time)) while announcement page still mentioned today as ICO start date, things looks wired.
Looking forward for new information about pre-ico situation and right dates for ICO

We are an international business. Our operation company ClementVale has its office in Ireland. Our main R&D department focused on blockchain, Graphene platform, smart contracts, billing and other telecom issues is based in Moscow. Our team focused on BubbleTone and user side is based in Dhaka (Bangladesh) and Moscow as well.Operating company Clement Vale is registered in Ireland.The ICO company will be registered either in the Cayman Islands or in Switzerland.
