It is very important. It is the main reason for the investors to invest on their ICO. Because they are interested on their product output. And it will be more pleased if the product is already functional or operational and still the ICO is still on progress.

the product does make the main point for an investor. products are usually used as comparisons between projects and can be used as an important analysis. because without the product, investors cannot see the extent of the development of the project

In my own opinion product is not all that matters, having a product is a different thing from people using the product, you can have a product but it is a mess and no much people uses it, So product is not really the main thing for me.

But at least a good product and it's ready to use (even though the beta version) provides a plus in investor valuation. This saturated market situation is less profitable, hopefully, it will improve soon so it can improve various conditions. This question sounds ridiculous, if ICO doesn't have a product then how do they make the value of their tokens grow? Is it just relying on hype and fud like sh**coin? think back, mate.
