Without product if you are accepting any ICO and put your hard earn money, finally it results lose only. Better think wise and look for the ICO which has back end project which can be operate without the crowdfunding they are making.

so the product is of course very important. at first i thought you were questioning it
but this is only about whether the product has to be finished at ico. this is of course not the case because ico is only the financing round for the project. but often only good ideas and nice dreams are sold. without it ever being implemented.
