We are terrified by prohibitions. Google refused to participate in advertising for crypto currencies and ICO. Telegram requires secret keys. At crypto exchanges, too, things happen. I think someone is buying up with big money at such moments.

earlier this year I tried to hold some coins and tokens but saw the market and the exchange getting downhill, what is the best move to sell it or hold it?
If you are confident with that coins to bounce back after the bear trend then you shouldn't be worry about that. Hold only those coins that have a good market value as this will attract more investors to buy more coins during the dip. Hold is the best way to gain profits.

do not have to feel panic for now because the price is sure to rise again high in some time to come, we can see the graph last year if we can read and the price will rise again in mid year and the end of the year.
I also hope for higher prices. Panic, this is understood by the dissolute, many left the market for crypto currency, as they lost their honestly earned funds.

Crypto world is on its first trimester so as expected prices normally gone dip until the month of april. There is no point in selling coins at this moment, just keep on holding and wait for the price to pump again. Some said the price this year would reached $20,000 to $30,000. So, just be patient then.

There's no point in selling what you are holding now because of the market price so better to hold on to it until you see some profit on your investments. I believe that in the next few months these downtrend will eventually be an uptrend that would cause positive mindsets in the future.

Try to hold because not all the time ETH is dump price, wait until the price of ETH will return maybe in 800$ per ETH. If you think your return of investment was low have a more patient.

The entry point is just a reference to how many days you will need to hold it to see some gains. If you bought at the year beginning you are in a tough situation, but not likely. You will just wait longer to earn something. There is no such thing as a downfall in the crypto market if you look at the whole history of the market and not just a short period of time. Advice, hold.

i wonder how much coins you have? and what are those? Let just consider, if you are holding a large amount of coins, then selling to cut loss will make you loss huge profit, instead, you should hold for a little longer until the market fully recover from the drops, don't sell you coin while you are panic, that can be extremely dangerous and lead to huge losses.

To sell now is not necessary if only a small part in cases of emergency. During hodl and market correction it is better to wait until crypto rises again. That's when the price of bitcoin grows and stabilizes, and the altcoins become stronger, it will be possible to solve all your issues with the exit from crypto. No need to panic, stay calm and wait for your moment. Cool

The fact is that not every participant can control their emotions, and therefore there is a different kind of manipulation in the market, because some are dropping their coins, while others are trying to get cheap coins. Based on this, some participants try to influence the two panic moods.

There are different moves to sell the coin and there are different moves to hold the coins and all these techniques are used in different market conditions. If you are about to sell the coins then see that you are selling near the lower swing high point where the downtrend is confirmed and where the supply is high and if you are expecting to hold the coins  then see that there is no supply seen near the previous high swing point and we should see some strong evidences of demand near the low swing point or support zone so that we can hold for the future bounce.

Beginners always panic. They are frightened by the slightest drop of the market. The fall that we are now experiencing has plunged them into shock. These people will sell their coins to whales at a very low price. Unfortunately this is basics of the crypto market.

You do not panic when market conditions are down, you can wait for the next few days because the price will go up higher, I think if you sell your btc at a low price then you will lose profits, so you have to wait until the price is higher.

at times like these there are two choices that you can decide as a step forward.
first you can hold it and hope your coins will recover quickly, but in some cases it will take so long to wait until the coins are fully recovered you should be patient.
secondly you can sell it on second choice this is a bit risky, you can sell the coins you have then wait until the price is really low and start buy back or you can choose another alternative coin that has great potential will increase so you can recover your lost capital

Just hold it bro until you get profit and that's the best time to cash out . I also lose profit now so i will just keep on holding on it and hopefully soon I recover my loss  .

If you have a long-term view the best thing to do is to hold your coins as you don't know what is going to turn to in future. Cryptocurrencies market is a very big and wide market and you may need to have a wider view before making really money through it. I have tried to hold some coins for long-term and my hope is that I will sell them when there price has really appreciated.
Having a long term view of the market is really the only way to guarantee profits this is true not only if we are talking about the market of cryptocurrencies but about any other market, those that are impatient and sell their assets for a low price are the ones that lose their money, while those that held despite all the difficulties and the people telling them to sell are the ones which profit at the end.

I think it would be better to bear it for a few months, see what kind of market sigma. even if later rose better just sell.
