Aside from holding which others have suggested, I would advocate you focus on the reason you feel like this is all going to hell. Is it because the project is no longer good? In that case, sell it because it may go down more. But if the project is okay and nothing has changed fundamentally I would hold. Also do take note of how you feel during all this because as traders one of the biggest hurdles is our emotions. Most of my friends are selling their altcoins due to they are only few number of coins and the price value growth is very slow. They're just like holding high number of coins in order to hold higher values per coin.
But most of the time, people are selling their coins out of their panic and that's the worst thing as crypto investor.
