It's pointless to sell coins if you did not make a profit. I think that you need to remain calm and patient. Forget about these coins for a few months. And then you will be pleasantly surprised. Most likely it will bring you a profit. However, experienced guys make good Xs even during corrections.

Selling on such low points is pointless in my opinion. If you invested a serious sum - it's not worth it, don't sell now; market can restore and it will restore I believe. |

if you re calm person, better hodl...but hodl the right coin, noy any coin
i advise you to read and learn and contribute ICOs
i know many people made good money with ICO

I think selling would be the worst decision for these times. As long as hold your coins, you have a chance to get profit again, but if you sell now, you lose your chance to get profit, basically. |

holding tokens and new coins here in crypto are bad move in investing better to invest in the coins that already see the value like btc and eth,i think also ltc,bcc,neo and bnb are good too but still the value of this four coins are not really sure if they continue to grow not btc and eth that sure for growing so this two are good for investing with no lose at all,we only need to hold this coins then wait to sell in high price |

After early 2018's price correction the best thing to do is to HODL. If you notice the charts, the trend has been upward, and it will continue to be despite FUDsters, you should leverage those price drops to buy altcoins with big market caps such as XRP, NEO, OMG and so on.

My own opinion is that first, you have to ask yourself if if are either at loss or in profit at the moment. If you are in profit, you can then consider selling either part or all and if it is otherwise, i would advise that you still hodl, because i believe that with time, the market will get better. We all know that at the moment, the plunge and the rise is a normal thing. Things will get better soon.

If you bought coins with solid project and business fundamentals better to hold if you sell now you are in losing your investments market may recover soon be patient to wait your coins to recover. .this is not a good time to sell. |

You have to be a little patient You better keep it even though it is now down, if you sell it you may incur losses. so it's better to keep it because every coin and token will go down will definitely go up again even if it takes a long time. |

The current scenario is not supporting to coins and tokens so don't sell know you should wait for one year it will make more profit. But you should check the tokens value because most of the shitcoins are launching the cryptomarket. So hold your coins and analyse the future possibilities of your tokens is the right way to protect your investment. |

Aside from holding which others have suggested, I would advocate you focus on the reason you feel like this is all going to hell. Is it because the project is no longer good? In that case, sell it because it may go down more. But if the project is okay and nothing has changed fundamentally I would hold. Also do take note of how you feel during all this because as traders one of the biggest hurdles is our emotions. If we can tame them we stand a chance to win, if we can't tame them then we stand no chance.
This is good advice. I think the OP needs to decide if each altcoin is one that deserves a place in the longer-term hodling part of their portfolio alongside Bitcoin, or whether they are shit-coins that are only good for pump and dumps and that have no long term survival prospect. They should then cut their losses with the shit-coins and sell them for bitcoin, and then hodl the bitcoin and better altcoins awaiting the next market upturn and ultimate boom. We’re all in the 1% of early cryptocoin/blockchain adopters, and there’s large amounts of money going to be made by anyone with a portfolio of bitcoin and the best altcoins! |

Right now, the market is slow and windless. I think it is more suitable for holding than selling them. By now it is not beneficial for you to sell. I'm new to this market, maybe I'm unlucky to invest in a panic market but I will not sell them at this time. I will patiently wait for the market to return to orbit.
