Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

They've been ignoring us since late March.
I sent them everything they ask for to verify ID for a full refund on March 31. Not a peep from them since or a single response to follow up emails. Please feel free to contact them as well if you'd like on everyone's behalf. It might help as in they hear from other irate people wondering when they're going to send refunds.
Bitmine has some explaining to do to all of us.

In my experience, they only answer the phone, and it seems like most people have their emails to support unanswered.
I'd suggest staying up late one night, firing up skype, and giving them a call.
Be prepared for 10-15 minutes of listening to one verse of "I've got the power" over and over again. Having this song stuck in your head the next day may be the true cost of doing business with bitmine.ch.

I had quite a lot invested in this... This was suppose to be delivered in december if i remember... The lack of news is irritating and it seems that you have dropped the ball. What is going on? Am I the only one wanting to see my money back? I will post a message everyday until this is resolved.  |

DZ you should post the order number so we can follow up with Bitmine and find out what is really going on. As far as we know you never even made payment, took the BTC and ran. Lets see some proof this order was placed.

R7 is Bitmine order# 2237, send over an email to Bitmine and double check. The last communication received from them was asking if we would like to receive the units or wait for a refund. |
