Now to the phase were withdrawal is approved but nothing is happening.. Ups. There came the doge's. Got a ton of those now. And.. Waiting... BTCZ.. Come on. Doge's are apparently faster in payout. I actually traced bitcoinzero to this thread for on the official website. Is bitcoinz the same as bitcoinzero?
nah this is BitcoinZ - I believe they've had a ticker change but not sure if its being broadcasted enough. No relation to Bitcoin Zero. |

I gotta say this whole thing is a bit of a clusterfk. I just spent 30 minutes trying to set up an account here so I could comment and the freaking signup thing got my name wrong. Now WTF? I have been mining BTCZ since November 1st and have watched all of the blather and bad wallet crap and losers coming n going. By the by, I am still dealing with a bad wallet myself if anyone cares to lend a hand. But, 2-3-5 places to register to get some help or comment? Did anyone ever think to add a chat to the webpage? Like, put everything in one place so people can take part without the endless hassles? I guarantee you that you want to make it easier if you plan to take this coin anywhere... anyhow, I have never wanted to see anything changed but have been thinking about some of the name change suggestions and "coinZ the last coin you will ever need" rings with me. Sorry about the rant if you are offended but this is really way to much trouble to just exchange a note with like minded people. God bless you all and God bless BTCZ.
hi - what's wrong with your wallet? which one are you using? I am still using version .2 of wallet after enduring all the struggles it is functioning well but am getting a "messaging identity is not found in wallet" "the send/receive identity address blahblahblahblahblah is not found in wallet. for various reasons it lists. change name or wallet.dat etc etc... it really is quite a lengthy explanation and then rename until configuration or wallet.dat is restored... I would copy it to here if I could but no can do I have downloaded wallet number 7 but can't figure out how to input my address into the new wallet so here I sit broken hearted. You'll have a lot of work to do to regain BitcoinZ community trust again. IMHO. Over time, trust will recover, I generally view this token as a prospect when the market pushes up. But developers need to improve algorithms for the given moment with them problems and there is a lot of complexity for beginners. |

Hi crypt0r3x, Ryan here. We definitely had some growing pains, when I started this I was working by myself managing everything and I didn't expect the site to take off like it did. I have the BitcoinZ community to thank for our early success. Unfortunately it became to much to manage on my own, so I had to find some people to help. I did fall behind on support tickets but thanks to the help from my amazing new team, we have managed to get caught up on support requests. I'm aware of only 3 remaining issues which are being worked on currently. If anyone does have unresolved issues please open a support ticket. We want to make sure that we haven't overlooked or missed anyones request for support. Now that I have a team to lean on I'm going to be more involved in the communities. We have someone with many years experience in the startup world helping to manage our business operationally. At times I may need to jump into development mode but we also have a lead developer with many years of experience to carry the torch. We are now capable of on-boarding and supporting users more efficiently and thanks to BitcoinZ we are more confident in our systems. Your community helped us the most during our initial Beta stage and we learned a lot from it. Hopefully in time we can rebuild the trust of those in community which had issues. |

Thanks for the early support swisstrader. Its because of people like you and the support of this community we were able to test drive our systems and make the needed improvements to properly scale. Glad to hear from you. Sounds good, I think we grew together with your exchange but somewhere it fell off. I think the biggest thing is communication with your projects.
