Why we cant go with 5 BTC with some top 30 exchange and 5 BTC with the promotion. Check Ravencoin.. they promote and that is why they have daily volume so big comparing to btcz. We need more pro promotion on CMC and others. Simple.

All the budget should go to the devs who are working so hard to make BTCz better. Not to exchanges.
If we make an application with a 10BTC fee for exchanges to apply to devs for permission to list BTCz I bet you many exchanges will line up and send the money.

This sound cool. How would it be, if we would have our own exchange with BTCZ on top and all other exchanges needs to pay us fee to get listed on their exchange.
It is opposite of where the world is going, but what would happen in this scenario? ^^

Sorry for saying this, but we are not ready for establishing our own exchange. Currently this is not the purpose of this coin and community.

Before debating about spending the 10 BTC donation for listing BitcoinZ on top 10 exchange, or giving it for developers, or spending on promotions and marketing in order to increase our visibility,
probably first we should know what is the donator's wish, so how he/she would like to spend it.

Personally I don't think that 2000 of us paying $100 each to get on an exchange will happen.
I'd rather see our efforts go into finding a more suitable deal.
I have votecoins anyway and every other vote in aware of you don't give up the coins upon voting.  Hence this seems expensive and suspicious to me.

Btcz having its own exchange will make us look centralised even if the exchange isn't.  Our efforts would be better placed raising awareness of btcz.
I would even speculate that if we put the effort into raising awareness the exchanges may come to us instead.

If you knew how complicated creating and even harder running an exchange is, you wouldn't suggest it here.
BitcoinZ doesn't need its own exchange, and if the developers for some stupid reason decide to create it, it's going to die a miserable death and take BitcoinZ with it.

So focus on using that donation for a medium-top size exchange and the rest for promoting BitcoinZ.

Update: I was totally wrong. Even if the VTC abbreviation is the same in case of Vertcoin as well as in case of the voting coin of Bit-Z exchange, they are totally different coins. The Bit-Z version of VTC is used only on their exchange for voting purposes (currently it cost 0,13 USD).

Do you own Bit-z exchange? If not please stop promoting them. If any exchange doesnt want to list BTCz for free then its their loss. They make money listing a coin.
