The image that you published is from 3 years ago when one voter of the 4% minority was very angry that the VaultZ proposal was upvoted by the 96% vast majority of the project.
How are these people named? Fascists . They don't respect any rules, they don't like Democracy and they wish to force their opinion to the Community. Even by offending the proposers.
