This is Wownero; must be different and full WOW. So, we've just switched our Wownero pool over to the "predictable solo mining" payout scheme pioneered by Ethpool:

It's an interesting payout scheme that awards the round leader the entire block rewards, though at a far more predictable time interval than if you were to solo mine on your own. It's a bit like participating in a race against the other miners. Many entertainments! Plus since Wownero's network is still at a reasonably low difficulty, you don't even need crazy hardware to be able to score an entire block. Such rewards.
