No risk, no fun! it's back to 13,54TH/s. I'm happy to see that CryptX team is reactive.

But there is more impressive, with 63496 shares solded (0,065 BTC each share), CrypTX succeeded a huuuuuge fundraising : 4127 BTC!!! more than 2 millions dollars at the current price Shocked
Sure they have been able to make a strong bet on asic hardware. They paid back 22% of the IPO price in one month.

Keep going CryptX i'm feeling good!

Very important nuance: We have always converted the BTC to fiat immediatly to rule out the risk of currency exchange rates. (you can verify this in earlier posts)

(Now of course we are very  Cry about that)

What an unwise choice! That means you have lost a lot of money because of exchange rate increasing.
Do you still have enough money to do reinvestment?

We are talking about a few months ago, when we did the IPO. We have to pay for contracts so we can not risk a BTC crash. If BTC did go down, we still had to come up with the promised hashrate. It is not that simple.

We have paid all dividends in BTC. So shareholders can hold on their BTC and profit from the rise.

Reinvestment has to come out the dividend. I suggust you start reading up here first: www.cryptx.com

I believe you have done the risk assessment on BTC exchange rate increment. As a tiny shareholder, there is no doubt that I wish you made the correct decision.

This statement has me worried considering he is now selling them for 1.5btc on his store front. Our vote was based on a 1000btc return. Awaiting clarification.

A new statement would be nice. I think bitcoin in $ has peaked and we will see some quieter weeks/months now. So when btc/$ is going down we could get more bitcoins per device.

I think that with the current BTC/$ rate about 600-700 1.5 BTC/board is pretty much the right price (about 50-60 days ROI) though I think some 1.7-1.9 BTC could have been also possible to get? So, now we are waiting for some 400 BTC extra dividends on this Friday and the new hardware hashing in early December?? And in fact that 1000 BTC at the beginning of this month would have been much less for us than some 400 BTC right now... Generally speaking, I am very pleased with this investment, so thanks Cryptx for the good job so far!   Cheesy

So is Petamine receiving new hardware? When and how much mining power? We are at 1 TH/s and as a shareholder I am getting a tad bit nervous. However, Petamine has been of the most professionally run mining operations so I do have my finger on the buy button for more shares.

The plan has always been to start the mine with cointerra batch 1 equipment.  The existing mine was an afterthought that cryptx sweetened the deal with while we wait for december. Check out cryptx.com it has all the info you need.

We like to keep you up to date on the current status of the PETA-MINE project.

As most of you noticed, we scaled down our current mining operation and sold all mining boards. Our strategy behind this is that we can use the revenue from this hardware sale and increase in BTC/$ rate as leverage for the future deployment of the PETA-MINE through additional investment in new mining hardware. We are currently finalising some hardware deals which will significantly increase the overall hashrate of the PETA-MINE from 63TH to 150TH (or 2.4 GH/share instead of 1 GH/share). As a result, we propose to reinvest in new hardware and postpone dividend payout until the first rollout of the 28nm systems.

More detailed information will follow soon.

will there be a dividend payout today? Or is last weeks payout the last one until the new hardware is deployed?

I think there will be no dividends until the new hardware is deployed. It is OK with me, if that deployment is scheduled for december and if we get 2.4gh/share! I suggested something like this a few days ago, but not to withold all the dividends. Worried only, what this witholding will do to shares price?

There should have been vote.

But if the deployment of 2.4TH/s/share starts as planned (in Dec) then its ok. Time is of the essence though.

If it is delayed we should get appropriately compensated and I do not mean that " extra 20TH/s per month of delay".
