I received the following via email at 3PM EST:

The fund PETA has announced a dividend!

Dividend Pay Date: 2014-02-28
Dividend: 0.00040211BTC/unit

Dividends will be paid out on the payment date shown

Now it is after 4PM EST and still no div in the account. Havelock div tab on PETA says the div is paid, but it is not in my account.

Furthermore, the price has dropped (or is this good news? idk.)

NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS:
The div was over .0004, which is more than double I expected as forum readers will remember!

So why is the price dropping I wonder? Div concerns?

Let me just say I have full faith CryptX and Havelock will resolve this shortly. As investors, we are working with capable people here.

I suppose divs were sent to havelock when we got the notification. Soon we'll see them at our accounts.

Eligius site is down, does that mean the pool is down too or just the site?

No divs so far and Egilius stats down...   Usually they have appeared almost immediately after the announcement but Havelock has not been technically fully reliable lately...

yes, they are updating the calculation to reflect true yield accurately.

I also see its missing that was a strange one never seen that happen before on havelock, once on BTCT but that was because it sent out a double dividend and had to be reprocessed long ago, I guess we will know if we wait a little while though.
