You can find the revenue forecasts here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjI5bgsiFJAidFBsclpVM0FSdFZNalRGNnVlc0VxSGc&usp=drive_web#gid=1

The mine will expand and the amount of GH/s per share will increase at the same rate.

Ok I see it thanks, will purchase 2.5 BTC worth right here on Havelock.

Will the first dividends be paid next Friday or starting in January?

We have paid 915 BTC in dividends in October/November before we decided to sell the mine to be able to expand big in January.

The dividend payments will start again in January.

When does the dividend counter start for latest IPO shareholders? Are dividends delayed until Jan, or IPO shareholders aren't included until Jan?

We have paid 915 BTC in dividends in October/November before we decided to sell the mine.
We used the revenue from the hardware sale to purchase a lot more hardware to be delivered in January.

•   CryptX has a contract with Cointerra to deliver 60 TH/s of their devices of batch 1 (December Batch).
•   CryptX has also a contract with Bitmine to deliver up to 180 TH/s of their devices of batch 1 early January.
•   CryptX has a second contract with Bitmine to deliver up to 100 TH/s of their devices at the end of January.

This means we start paying dividends as soon as the mine is up and running.

UPDATE SHARE TRANSFER TO HAVELOCK:

We have asked the Cryptostocks administrator for a full shareholders list. If we are unable to obtain such a list, the shares have to be transferred to our account manually.

In case a manual transfer is needed, we will pay for the transfer fee.

Shareholders can already make an account at Havelock with the same e-mail address they used on Cryptostocks.

We will keep you informed.

Which email address do we transfer the shares to?

Maybe I missed it...but are you guys currently mining in a pool or solo?

And I'm guessing no one else has noticed, but they're selling you shares at (currently) ~$17/GH/s...and buying up equipment at $3/GH/s. That made me 'lol' a bit.

We have applied the administrator of cryptostocks for a shareholders list. If we are unable to obtain this list, all shares have to be transferred to our account at cryptostocks first.

We will communicate about this in a few days.

All shareholders at cryptostocks can already prepare and make an account on Havelock with the same email address you used on cryptostocks.

If you can sell us equipment with the same delivery dates and at 3$/GH/s....we will buy it!

What does that have to do with anything?
I'm just pointing out that, in typical mining fund fashion, people consistently gloss over the heavy implications of USD/BTC variance. And given the sheer number of 'young' accounts in this thread, I have a feeling not all of them are familiar with how mining works...hence why you're able to get away with overcharging them. And they're none the wiser because you showed them that nice little table of revenue predictions with an expected high dividend. Cheesy

It would be a shame if someone came along and offered BTC0.025 for 3GH/s... Wink

Well you compared apples with pears in your post. Tell me where you can buy equipement now at 3$/GH/s with the same delivery dates.

When you compare hardware prices in the Bitcoin mining world, it's not only about $/GH but about a lot more, for example delivery time.

At 18:00 GMT the IPO of the remaining 36,504 shares will start on Havelock Investment.

100,000 shares @ 0.05BTC each is appx 5 million USD - why is the projected hashrate only 240Th/s when 5 million $ would be about 2 Petahashes of hardware ?

Mostpart of the shares were sold before BTC hit around 1.000 USD, as cryptx stated before, all BTC was transfered to fiat directly so the total value of all shares combined is not 5 mil USD

Correct!

From a previous post:

We always convert all received BTC's in fiat money, because we have to buy all mininq equipement in EUR/USD. This way we elimate the exchange risks involved. Even if the BTC rate would crash, we would still have to deploy the agreed GH/s.

We have sold ~63,500 shares with BTC/USD rate in the 100-130$ range.
