so let me get this straight... each share, had the original 36,504 shares on havelock been sold, at 0.05BTC, represents 2.4ghs mining power. not until mid january ofcourse. since those shares are left unsold, what mining power does each share scale down to now? and what are the plans of upping the hashrate, and at what cost to the shareholders? has this not been planned out yet, or am i missing something?

It's 2.4gh/share regardless of how many are sold.

It's 2.4gh/share regardless of how many are sold. Correct! So far 69,149 shares are sold, so the mine will start with a hashrate of ~166 TH/s.

What will be the impact of the USD/BTC price. Have you already converted BTC collected with the IPO into fiat, and if not, when do you plan to do it ?
Also, I guess when the mining will start, you'll convert the 35% reinvest share of the mined BTC every week, am I right ? Or do you plan to adjust the reinvest proportion if the BTC price in USD goes substantially under 500$ ? Or to hoard this proportion waiting for better days ?
Last question, I happen to live near you, is it possible to visit you once the mine is active, just out of curiosity ?

CryptX explained that earlier - they put their money (btc) in when signing contract with Bitmine. That IPO was to get that 'loan' back from new shares sold. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310783.msg3849622#msg3849622

I'm very happy with the move to Havelock so far. We're trading just a hair under the .05 BTC IPO-part-two price, and the spread between bids and asks is nominal. On Cryptostocks, we were trading at a lower price and the gap was huge. This feels much healthier.
Now we just need our second wave of hardware.

Cryptx,
Cointerra has been offering compensation to December orders for the delay. I'm assuming that includes us as well. Do you have good news for us?

I like those optimists selling above 0.05. I'm happy to see we're still selling shares @ 0.05, this means the overall speed of the mine will be increasing.

I'm just guessing that without that cake of 30257/30688 shares (฿1512.8500) the price would be definately more than 0.05 right now. Are Cryptx selling their own shares or is it just a coincidence that the amount is exactly same than unsold shares of the IPO?

Thats how IPOs work. Any shares not sold at IPO are still available to be sold at the behest of the company.

They should equal 100k shares total. They moved from btctc when it closed, and then just moved from cryptostocks to havelock. Perhaps there are still shares not claimed at havelock. PS. I am in no way associated with nor am I for or against petamine. I am simply throwing my 2mbtc in where I can.

Peta mine is on FIRE! Selling these shares like hotcakes...Let's go for 70k by New Year's!!!
Current prices are about $40 per share. That means to eat a 30k share wall is about $1.2 M to go. Then share price will expectedly spike for 2 reasons:
1st: We are already seeing upward pressure as demonstrated by continued strong sales at current prices.
2nd: I do not expect the wall to be eaten before we start mining. After a consistent record of mining and dividends is established demand will spike again. This is because, to be frank, there are a large number of sidelined would-be investors doubting that mining will begin on time, but they would be happy to invest once mining begins.

There are a few Shareholders that still have not registered with us (Havelock) and have yet to receive their Shares of the Fund.
