While investing in bitcoin is likely to be particularly high, there is a lot of FUD buying in the market, so you have the possibility of losing money.

I would not advice investing in real estate under current circumstances. The prices have been going up for the past many years and a major correction is due in the next 2-3 years. Once that happens, the properties can lose as much as 50% of their value.

To be honest, this is a subjective decision and it will change from person to person. I am a moderate risk taker so I would consider investing in both the option to minimize the risk. However, there are the people who have good research for crypto and real estate industries and they are investing their 100% capital in respective sectors. I would recommend you do your own risk and compare your risk profile with the expected returns from both the sectors and take the investment decision based on it.

Maybe you can invest 50% on bitcoin and try also in real state to experience what is more profitable but if i will be the one to choose i would rather invest in bitcoin because i think it is more profitable than anything else.

I am sure that investing in bitcoin is much more profitable than any real estate investment. In real estate investment, only one plus is stability.

That's right, bitcoin really have a good future and it can be trusted even though high volatility are still there. Bitcoin investment is considered to be one of the top investment today and many influential person have interest and getting involve in here cause of high profit gaining than of real state.

investing in bitcoin and real estate in the same time will give us a big profit in the short-term and the long-term but we need to have a big money too to start because in the real estate, at least we need to have a fund to buy the first time. but in the bitcoin, we don't have to use a big money to buy and we can do it with small to medium money. and for people doesn't have a big money, they can start to invest in bitcoin only and if later, they can collect much money, they can start with the real estate so they can have two type of investment.

Investing a profit to another investment is the best way to earn more. Real estate investment is a good and somehow assured investment. Although you do have to wait like in bitcoin, your investment will sit until properties were sold.

I prefer investing in bitcoin and real estate! Bitcoin has done well for past three and I think it will give more return on investment than real estate in years to come.  Some investors are in opinion that bitcoin is the future of cryptocurrency investment and I agree with this fact.

Investing on bitcoins is much more profitable more than investing in real estate since the price in the market of cryptocurrency is keep on increasing, another thing is that, real estate does have stable prices so i think that bitcoins will still be much profitable.

Why not diversify your investment in both with reduced risk and greater profits.Real estate takes time to give you profits over years and chances of profit are more whereas profits in bitcoin are fast but the chances of profit and loss are same.So its better to diversify your investment between both.

Why not invest in both which will diversify your investments ? Even if one of it fails to give good return, other one will compensate for it.

I think we should invest the main money in industry, such as real estate is a good industrial investment, and there will be a steady rate of return every year. If you have extra money to invest in some bitcoins, this will get you a high return, but the risk is also very high.

Real state is the common and old fashion way of investment, people believes that placing your money in this type of investment will guarantee them to have a good earnings in returned, but for those who understand bitcoin and already have deeper understanding about this investment currency for sure
they will choose to place their money into it and take the risk of becoming successful much faster than waiting from real estate without any assurance how much it will deliver.

It is up to you what is your plan as long as you can use that in the future investing in bitcoin is really good business no matter what the price is going down or going up as long as you hold your bitcoin you have the full control on what next step you will do selling them and make profit is good also for the best part is while you have a little bit earning atleast save and buy those really important in life that will be useful someday like house and other things.

With real estate it is a bit complicated because you have to access all kind of specialized services (real estate agency, lawyers etc.) but with virtual coins everything is different, you have easy access, transparency, no birocratic measures.

Why on't you try to invest in both if you have enough money? You can invest on bitcoin for a short term thn invest on real state for a long term because we know that bitcoin's value is not stable so better to stick into short term investments. And as for real state investment, it is for life time investment, for exmple you can build a house, and a house os for a lifetime so even yiu don't have bitcoin investment you have still real state investment.
