Why do even have to choose one? Why not invest on both? Diversify your investments so that you put your hand on different cookie jars at the same time. If one fails the other will pick up the slack. I don't know about real estates but Bitcoin is really looking good despite the universe altering dip this first quarter.

Investing on real estate is profitable it's stable from year to year the value keep going up. Opportunities to get a risk when investing in real estate will certainly be less than bitcoin with a lot of risk.
well, everyone is chasing it. but, of course, real estate becomes an option when we have earned money. So, bitcoin like our supporters to build a real estate. so far I have not been able to produce it, but I will try hard. |

they have high risk too. when you say that bitcoin have high risk than real estate, it can be true or false. sometimes real estate can be more scam to investor.
they can play their risk by theirself if investing their money in bitcoin. you can control your risk, your profit here. if you want to earn high profit, you can trade it daily, if no you just keep it until the price really really on top

As in the above quote, real estate gives the assurance through the physical presence. The same is not possible with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Everything is completely upon the trust, when it comes to profiting bitcoin provides the best than that of the real estate business. |

this is obviously my opinion that investing in bitcoine is faster than investing 10 years of a house 10 years later the price of a year later Betcoin invested in the same money a year later the price margin profitable I think it will be more attractive It can be a little bit more selfish every year If Bitcoin sells if it comes to figures you know

Mehn… I have never invested in real estate before but I do hear from those that did and from the way they talk about it, I believe they are making a lot of money from it, though I’m not really sure about that. As for me, if I’m to choose I will still go for Bitcoin because we all have the thing that works for us. Real estate might work for others but won’t work for me, same thing applies to how Bitcoin works, not everyone is so lucky. So if you know the one that is good for you, you should go for it and if you can do both, then stick to both.

Along with investment you should be both invest in something that may gave you a profit in saying don't be contented with a single source of income if you can make many as long as you can there's nothing wrong on it. Bitcoin is growing so your money as well and real estate gives you a passive income although it was a big capital to built a real estate but it is much good and can be source of stable income.

Thats true, arguably the risk of investing in real estate is 0%, we know that everyone needs a house or apartment or land. and every year the earth is getting crowded because of human expansion and it keeps real estate steadily climbing up in price, so don't miss this investment mate, for bitcoin this investment is a risky due to fluctuations but it can make you profit in the near term |

I would say invest in both. Though you'll be more secure in real estate because prices will surely rise and will not drop but the capital is so huge plus the returns is for long terms.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit I’ve made on crypto) into something real?! Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year). Should I Spend all my BTC on that shares? Spend small (profit) part? Or just do nothing and wait?  ?! I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations! I prefer to invest in Bitcoin because a volatile market is much better than a real estate investments that is pretty stable which is much slower in terms of profit. But nowadays, real estate investments are pretty common most especially to those investors not familiar with crypto. Cryptocurrency investments are risky but also gives us huge profit. Cryptocurrency is more profitable than real estate. Bitcoin can only be taxed through local exchanges but real estate has always been taxed. |

Real estate investment is a good and somehow assured investment. Although you do have to wait like in bitcoin, your investment will sit until properties were sold. Yes you’re right. It’s very good to invest in both. I wouldn’t be investing in only one when I have the money to do both. Two is always is better than one, so that when one fails you, the other one won’t so the same and you will be able to cover up from it. But if you’re into one, once it fails, it fails and there is nothing you can do about it than accept the loss or wait till everything gets better. But if I have to choose one of the two I will go for Bitcoin cause that’s what I’m familiar with. |

It is a nice idea to take a part of you profit and invest in other assets. It sounds reasonable. Of course everything depends on your preferences I mean if you want more profit you should to take a risk and increase your position in coins otherwise you should decrease your position in coins or invest your profit in other assets.

Currently I do not have much money to invest in real estate, so I invested my money in BTC, although I know that investing in BTC is a big risk, but it gives I am very profitable, when I get a lot of money then I think I will transfer 70% of the money I am into real estate.

I only invested 100% of my money with Bitcoin and Altcoin. I do not want to participate in other forms of investment like securities and real estate. Because if I wanted to invest in other things, I must learn more many different knowledge

As the saying goes: "Do not keep eggs in one basket." If you have enough money to split them into different portfolios, why not? It will even be more rational. One portfolio will support the other.
Thats right, split your investment, and put only the value that will not be a loss to you. Investment is a risk, we either win or loss. So we need to prepare if we loss our investments. |
