Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

If the guy has enough money to think about investing it into real estate, why cannot he use both chances? It seems to me, this choice will bring him the coolest profit.

I would choose to invest in BTC rather than invest in real estate, although safe real estate but profit they bring low, if profits are high then we have to wait in the long run. I will invest in BTC, only in a short time if I am lucky I will become rich.

Both are good. It depends on you. If you know a right house to buy, you can easily become rich in a short time, just like invest your money in bitcoin. Investing in bitcoin and the cryptocurrency are good but they are too risky. You need to understand that you can lose all of your money with cryptocurrencies. They are still new and nothing can guarantee that they will stay here forever

For me investing in real estate is also advisable to do because a lot of people became very rich by investing there money with real estate but investing in bitcoin is also a great idea, even it is more risky but i am sure that we can able to make a more higher profit.

For me bitcoin investment is the most appropriate choice because it does not require large capital and does not need to wait a long time, if invest property or real estate would need big capital and I do not have the capital to invest in property.

Yes, it has two sides, one side and one disadvantage. I think that if the capital is large, it is better to invest in real estate, but if investing in big capital is very dangerous. Small capital investment in BTC is still, but real estate requires us to have large capital. These are the contrasts between BTC and real estate.

I think you better divide your BTC into 2 parts. the first part you still use to invest or trade in cryptocurrency and the second part you sell to invest in real estate. Real estate business is a business that promises considerable profit. because the value of real estate every year always rises. so I strongly agree with you selling some BTC for real estate.

Yes bitcoin is the only best way for investment in this era because everyone wants new changes in their life and that's why they wants more comfortable life, so bitcoin is very good for them  but in real estate investment will very risky and it will take a lot of time to get best profit.

I would choose to invest in real estate, so it would be better to invest in BTC, BTC profit is quite high but compared to risky than real estate much. My money is stable and does not evaporate. I will invest in real estate.

You can only invest what you can afford to lose, if you want sure profit but afraid to invest in one company for fear of losing what you invest, better spread it so that when one failed you still have another thing to look up to, real state estate investment is also risky much so in bitcoin since its value is unstable...think then and study before you do it.

I think it would be better if you divide the existing investment funds. one part in BTC form and one more real estate investment in house form. because I think bitcoin is an uncertain thing that can end anytime. but if the investment in the property of its value will continue to rise.

Yeah you're right, besides both are equally profitable right, why do not you use both? we know that real estate has a low risk for long-term investment because the price will definitely continue to rise and bitcoin investment is very profitable for the short or long term, but the risk is high enough, for the allocation of funds it depends on you..

I think it's a smart decision. I personally like to invest in securities because it is much safer than Crypto. It is protected by government, up and down in a reasonable way.
We can easily invest and make a profit every quarter. I support your decision because I also dedicate all of my BTC to invest in stocks.

I think it's a smart decision. I personally like to invest in securities because it is much safer than Crypto. It is protected by government, up and down in a reasonable way.
We can easily invest and make a profit every quarter. I support your decision because I also dedicate all of my BTC to invest in stocks.

Well, a lot out there is really safer and secure compare to cryptocurrency, but for me it is more wiser to invest in bitcoin too, we should not forget it, it is quite good to invest in it too, but I would also recomment to invest in real estate, investment is really a good way to earn for the future, we have to maximize our money that we have, making sure that it is earning and not just sleeping in a bank or in our wallet.

Some icos are uniting the concepts where you can invest in a crypto currency backed by real state asset. Really interesting concept and in my opinion even it offers smaller returns it does sound like there is some backing to the value of the coin itself. Brickblock is an example of the concept and they already have a viable product. Apartment building in germany. I am really watching out to see how asset tokenization is going to play out in the future. It will be a realm that combines both!

in addition to BTC investment if I have a lot of capital, is interested in the real estate and property business. but I prefer properties such as building a dormitory near the campus. and handle it by yourself without any interference of others.

Thats right. but keep in mind that real estate is still much safer because these kind of investments are stable or not volatile compared to bitcoins.

Yet , Much better if we can invest on them both if ever we have a good amount of cash , so that we can still earn on both sides if ever the other one failed us to give a profit.

though in my case i do only invest in bitcoin because i only have a small amount of cash on my pocket but if ever i got a lot of profit from my btc invesments , ill also do try other types of investments such as real estate and others.
