Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit I’ve made on crypto) into something real?! Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year). Should I Spend all my BTC on that shares? Spend small (profit) part? Or just do nothing and wait?  ?! I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations! I think I keep holding bitcoins, but pulling some and investing in other areas. I've tried investing in gold and real estate. |

I always said, and I repeat. You should always invest in parts. Schedule and course of coins can vary, particularly when the bearish trend. You need to find good moments of purchase, when the trend unfolds at 4 o'clock on the daily chart, weekly. Learn and practice.

Investing in Bitcoin is at risk for losses.
In my opinion, should be when you get a profit from Bitcoin then you invest in real estate like home, apartment.
While the price of homes and apartments will rise in price.
You will benefit greatly if you apply it.
I think Cryptocurrency cannot last forever there will be a time when Cryptocurrency will fall in price.
Therefore take advantage of the current time to invest in real estate.
Investing in real estate is risky as well, many people say that the price of real estate always goes up and while real estate has a tendency to follow inflation and if you buy at the right time the value of the properties can go up significantly at the same time things are not so simple, do you remember the housing crisis in the US that happened a decade ago? Many people still have not recovered from that. At this forum everyone will be advised to invest in bitcoin. Bitcoin is a new technology, this is the future, this is what will change the world. It is very important to understand this. It's not too late to invest in bitcoin.  If this was a forum about real estate then we will recommend to invest in real estate, if this was a forum about stocks we will recommended investing in stocks but since this is a forum about bitcoin it is natural the most common advice is to invest in bitcoin, but that does not mean there are not other alternatives that can give you money, my point is that any investment no matter how safe it seems implies a risk. |

I think you should consider investing in bitcoin at this time, you may find that the crypto market is fluctuating continuously and is in the bearish trend in the long term, so the trade at this time It is very difficult to break even if you have bitcoin prices dropping in the long run. I’d recommend you to spend some part of your BTC. If you want to buy real estate, then go for it, and if you are planning to buy a share of a promising company, it’s even better! I’m sure it’s a good investment. It’s always better to split your finances.
I prefer to invest in bitcoin because the future of bitcoin is very bright and there is no doubt that it is the perpect time to invest in bitcoin because the price of bitcoin is very affordable so even investing in real edtate is also profitable i will still choose to invest in bitcoin. |

it seems that I prefer to invest in bitcoin rather than investing in real estate because with bitcoin investment I can get very fast profits and from bitcoin I can grow my assets more than ever.

investing in BTC and investing in real estate is two different ways of investing BTC is technology driven asset-based investment in electronic form and where is real estate is more than 100 years old investment sentiment
Yeah both are different for this type of investment, you're right bitcoin more on investing in future technology while real estate, we know that this investment has been potential for a long time, both are equally profitable, so I'll choose both, I plan to buy some hectares of land for my long-term investment, and I still keep some bitcoins for the future |

In my own opinion it is better first to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin can quickly produce profits than the real state. We can get instantly money from bitcoin particularly if we are very fortunate in investing that the market run with bullish price. But to think real state investment maybe second priority for better life business assurance in the future. |

It's best to divide your money but at least more on real estate for me, because real estate value do appreciate the longer the higher it is, however for bitcoin the price is not stable sometimes ot goes up and sometimes there's a sudden drop. |

You can not invest all your wealth in a single project. Otherwise, you play the game "all or nothing." When your investments are distributed, in case of failure, you will only lose some, not everything entirely.
Real estate is always a good investment, but it's harder to liquidate. My advice if you intend to invest in real estate is to examine land that is still undergoing development but has the potential to be developed in the future.

The benefit of real estate is that you can gain rental income passively, and it is a stable amount if you find the right tenant. This can also be done in crypto using masternodes or staking a fat wallet, but it depends on the fluctuating price of the coin. Potentially more in crypto, but could also be dumped to zero

Investing in Bitcoin or buying shares of real estate companies is also good. Only, I want you to think about the risks that will occur on these two investment paths. And then you should also consider the potential that will actually come up. |

I think investing in bitcoin and real estate is very exciting and definitely profitable. So if you are rich then better invest in both. Because this will benefit and reduce the risk. Bitcoin is very attractive because it can provide a great advantage when investing in it.

Investment property depends on the place! In some places, the house will appreciate, and in some places the house will depreciate!
There are risks in investing in BTC, but the long-term investment in BTC is certainly much higher than investment in real estate!

I totally agree with your statement that the current market condition appreciated investment in crypto because of low prices but for so many people, crypto is risky and this risk associated to the crypto investment can be avoided by investing in real estate but that investment normally needs a huge amount initially. Both are equally profitable but crypto is preferred due to its pace and informative nature. One must have a side business in property and real estate to stay on the safe side. |

Before I will invest in real estate , I would give priority in investing bitcoin , as I look into the economic side of this investment, I see that bitcoin is more fast moving in terms of profit and gain than real estate investment, but I will still invest in real estate if I had the money, for now I prefer to invest in bitcoin.
