Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).
  
Should I
                Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
                Or just do nothing and wait?

I think you should consider investing in bitcoin at this time, you may find that the crypto market is fluctuating continuously and is in the bearish trend in the long term, so the trade at this time It is very difficult to break even if you have bitcoin prices dropping in the long run. So, make sure you have a specific investment plan that can reduce the risk.

Investing in bitcoin is by far the best choice to me, I do not know about you but in my country real estate is very overvalued I have no doubt that some sort of bubble is forming and that we will see a crisis in that sector soon, so to me there is not a lot of a point to invest in an asset that is not going to give me profits and it is likely it will give me losses that will take me years or even decades to get back.

I think that investing in any place at this moment will be very high, investment in bitcoin is a short term investment, you can lose profit immediately and you can also preserve the capital, the bitcoin prices are constantly fluctuating and difficult to kick, so the risk is very high.

Investing in real estate is very risky, even though your assets are the property of long-term investment and you will be bailed out for a long time.

In my opinion, choose what do you think is better for you. Actually your the only person who decide what will you taken for between real state and bitcoin or altcoin. Maybe nowadays crypto currencies is good investment and the possiblity to bubble your money is huge. But engaging in crypto investment has a huge risk. Also, in real state has a risk too. But they are both potential in the future. Lastly, my suggestion to you make an study that leads you for a better decision before you enter in onething.

it seems that I prefer to invest in bitcoin rather than investing in real estate because with bitcoin investment I can get very fast profits and from bitcoin I can grow my assets more than ever.

Well investing in both bitcoin and real estate is really profitable but i will still prefer to invest in bitcoin because i can now buy a lot of bitcoin with a very low price but when i just keep or hold it for long term the value of bitcoin can be really high.

Both BTC and real estate is good in terms of investtment they have a lot of chances to profit but one thing I know for sure is they have also the pros and cons depending on the current globalisation or the economic growth and nowadays real estate is booming especially in our country and Bitcoin for now is experiencing it's own downfall although we know that they have a lot of chances to rise from it's downfall and we hope that we gain more from bitcoin soon.

I think you should need to Expand your investment and don't just stay on a single investment. But OP doesn't even replied yet so I hope he will read the advice of others here soon. Take portion of your bitcoin earnings which is enough to buy real estate, you will have digital asset and you will have in real life .

Honestly, I am more brave Investing in Real Estate than investing in Bitcoin. All investments must have risks, but investments in Bitcoin are even greater risk, although Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency give bigger expectations and promises than real estate investments.

Yes in real estate your investment is in a risk but not to much as like btc that down to much from 19k usd to 6k + . Thats a big lose to all investors and its hard to get back their lose . If i have a money i put the more percentage in realstate and the rest is for the btc that i need in trading .

You have to think again about the benefits you will get if you hold bitcoin and bitcoin will increase again and it's all up to you because only you can control your finances, if bitcoin prices are currently down and unprofitable then it does not matter if you move to real estate during it will benefit you

There is a big difference between the investment of bitcoin and real estate. They are both risky but you will not face same risk if you will make investment both bitcoin and real estate. You can earn great profit from both but you should consider investing in bitcoin way more better than investing in real estate. If you were to compare the profit you can get from the two, you can see a great difference between them. The only advantage real estate has is the assurance of profit which is unlikely to experience here in bitcoin.

With cryptocurrencies, you shouldn’t be thinking in terms of “investment” but rather you should be thinking in terms of trading. Right now bitcoin has been fluctuating so to be on a save side,  take part of the profit or investment and venture into real estate.
Real estate is really profitable and then you end up with dividends, and it’s really, really unlikely that the investment will go to zero.

Maybe the price of bitcoins is volatile but that is the reason why cryptocurrency is very profitable, you can always use the volatility of the market in order to earn more profit on trading, while investing your money on real estate will make you wait for a very long time without an assurance if there will be an investor someday that will come or none.

Though investing  into real estate is considered to be the most wisest and profitable investment these times because people thinks mother is better investing into real estate because investing into real estate can double your profit but if we look at the investing into bitcoin, then it is more profitable than any other investment, though not every people know about the bitcoin but if we compare between real estate and bitcoin investment then I will support bitcoin investment.

I think bitcoin investment is new form of real estate investment. Bitcoin investment has always proved to be very beneficial one because your profit ratio is always confirmed and moreover you have very good profit ratio. Moreover bitcoin investment always requires a very wise decision as you need to be very wise while investing into bitcoin so one can even can’t compare the bitcoin investment with to that gambling where only luck factor plays a role so I believe that bitcoin investment is much better and profitable than real estate investment.

Both are fine but you have to spread your portfolio and should bring these two in your circle as we know that both are more profitable and you can also use the Bitcoin for your real estate business. One can sell a house for Bitcoins and can also buy a house for Bitcoins so on both sides it will give benefit. After involving in this business you will see the benefit in it and in this way you will upgrade.
