This wallet is really slow at syncing. While doing so it uses 90% CPU and hell of a RAM...
...File is 1,6 GB... It takes time and resources to validate 1,837,098 blcks and probably twice as many orphans; who knew?

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer. Always be on the look out, because you never know when you'll be stalked by hit-men that eat nothing but cream cheese....

Ironic that image is exactly how I feel when I read posts from people that seem to think wallets are some magical thing that should just DL your balance in seconds and never need to actually validate the balance.

I'm running a pool and have set up 100s of wallets. This one is one of the slowest, and is a champion of server CPU use. Great piece of coding, for sure.

Addnodes hint : First , STOP your wallet. Then delete peers.dat Go to https://www.coinexchange.io/network/peers/DEMCopy all the addnodes there and paste in conf.file Then START wallet again. Must be working , otherwise you misconfigured your Firewall Last , get the NEWEST Wallet 1.5 Regards Glen ¿ Isn't anybody running DNS Seeders for eMark ?

hi there, is there an active TestNet currently running for emark/dem?
i see someone said in 2016 that the testnet is not active except for new versions, but i'm hoping somebody has put up one permanently since then.
kinda makes testing bugs in pools hard, with out a working testnet...

It's a 4M diff; it's not like it would cost more than $3 to test live

Hi, i tried mining DeM solo on prohashing. But every block i found was lost?! I asked for the reason in forum by prohashing and i only get the the following answer: Lost blocks are caused by a mining server bug. The most likely cause is that these blocks probably have a special charity address that payment needs to be given to, and we either were not able to find the documentation on how to do that, didn't know we needed to do that, or decided that the coin is not profitable enough for us to be able to earn back the money spent on implementing support for that.
If you could do some research into whether this coin has charity blocks or a special transaction format, that would help narrow down what the problem could be. Can anybody help ? Or is there an place were i can mine solo (DeM)? I found securepayment, but this looks not realy secure;) thanks for help creadersback

Yes, and most of us call that place "home".
