I saw many people are struggle with money management in crisis time and loose their attentions. as result many people get frustrated. they will try to get out from this situation very badly ..what do you think how you can manage your money in this situation or what would be your step?
People are just so hype up last year that they are not just used to seeing the price stall this long and then when they get excited that it is finally going up, suddenly it would fall and makes it frustrating. Well it is an undeniable fact that there are many people who manipulate the market so for us small fishes in the sea, we just have to wait and have patience because time will come when there is a bull run again. There is just so sudden increase in the price last year that it needs to correct and this market correction is expected but then too many just don't have patience. If you can't take it anymore then just sell and leave this space otherwise hodl. |

I know one simple technique just logout and turn off the internet for 3 months. It is the great idea definitely your investment is raising. But only you few peoples are realize my thoughts so you should hold for long term or exchange some other coins these two possibilities are protect your investment. Because many peoples are panic in current situation but I am not suggest to trading for anyone. |

we can't do nothing except wait & watch. Always keep some fund for this crisis time. Because crisis time is the best time to buy some good coin at lower price.
Yeah, its either we hold on it or increase your holdings by buying at a lower price. Dumping market can be a good opportunity for everyone if you know how to ride on it, and or course the risk are there. If you don't have any idea on what to do, better to be more patient and just hold. |

We have been preaching that at this current situation that we are in, the best thing to do is jut hold on your coins and do not do anything something stupid like offloading your coins and take the lost. Yes I have to agree that we are in a crisis as the price keeps going on a downward spiral. However, this is just a test for all of us. And this is not the first time that we have been seeing this kind of price movement. My advise is that you shouldn't be too emotional and just think of getting out because the price is sinking. You need to have that kind of resilience and confidence that at the end everything will be fine and that we will be successful eventually. You should also look at the long term. Like 6 months to 1 year down the line. Last year alone we started < $1000 and ended up almost $20000. So think about that. If you keeps on selling every time there is a dip then crypto is not for you. You need to have a nerve of steel and mental toughness here, otherwise you and your money will not grow. IMHO. |

If you have back up fund, enter the market and buy potential coins at low price, make sure the price already have second top bottom. If you don't have just let it go and do something worth, such as find another way to make money on line ( alternative ), vacation or get a date. Actually you can do anything as long you can accept condition and keep patience. Have a nice try. |

There are a lot of good info about money management like dont put more than you can afford to loose etc. But I feel like learning from ones own experience is very important.
To create some rules and just follow and execute them might be a solution. And/or keeping trading log.

Even if it is difficult, be patient, keep your mind clear in all situations. Many people did not control themselves during the crisis and they got worse when they were confused. So keep your mind as stable as possible.

In this setuation the best way for you is invest that you can afford to lose only everything has a risk most likely including all cryptocurrency also bitcoin. The best is to keep calm and steady when the time like that alwasy keep in your mind that the more you angry the more you lose.

Either you have two choices while the price is falling,you can just hold and wait for the price to bump or just sell your coins for the currenct price if you think the price will fall more and then buy at the bottom so it is also give profits. |

Nothing better than holding at that time. LOL. Crisis time is the worst time to trade if you don't have enough knowledge and experience in trading but with other professional traders, it's the best time for them to collect good coin with lower price than usual. I'm also holding all my crypto and wait until the end of this year when the whole market painted in green and everycoin also rise to new ATH price.
It is just a simple way for us to get ahead on the experience we could have in trading. Actually bitcoin price is volatile that it could changes depending on the trend or the support of people. So crisis time for many people is just a good way for many to start a new way or form of investment that they could used on trading and investments. |

Still it would become useless when you have no good skills to analyze the market. You might put a random buy and sell positions to get a loss later. If you not confident enough simply do HODL , yeah once you've bought a coin that you think it was your best dip buying , then keep it , don't sell it until you've got what you want and it's a significant profit. |

I think there are no better option than holding in that time. Crisis time is the most unstable time of the whole crypto market so you can predict anything will happen at that time so you'll make a lot of wrong decisions at that time if you still try to trade. For now, I'm also waiting and holding all my crypto until this downtrend get over. Maybe next month everything will be fine again.

If people are getting frustrated, then it means that they are not following their trading plan. If they are, then they should be ok with every situation they get, because they would know that this is just business, and in the long run they should be in profit, because they reduced their losses, and maximized their profits. If they are not trading, and are just holding, it's ok to be a little frustrated, because the market is quite irrational right now, but they should probably be confidant enough in their analysis, and just hold their coins without keep checking the price. Either way, if they risked only an amount that they could afford to lose, they should be ok as well. So in time of crisis, I would say: stick to your plan, and ignore the rest. |

Yes.Hopefully it will be fine soon.I am also holding my coins while waiting patiently for the price to increase again and recover its price.Maybe others would fear particularly in this crisis time especially those who are newbies but the only thing i can say is just relax and enjoy the dump.You can make an advantage of it by buying potential coins right at this moment.For sure you can make profit of it when the price pumps again. |

In traditional terms, a short is selling something that you do not own. You borrow it, sell it and if the security goes down, you buy it on open market and return it. The delta is your gain. If the security goes up, you rush to buy it back and return it .. the delta is your loss. Conceptually, shorting something is very risky because your gain limited -- it can only drop to zero -- but your loss is unlimited because there is no limit to how high it can rise theoretically.
What you are doing is not shorting anything. You own, sell it, and buy it back lower, it’s just trading.
