At least the divs going down shows that the divs arent fully faked. If they were faked he would keep them at a level or rise them slowly. But not drop them slowly.
Im really interested to know if some more Hashpower will come. Though since nobody in bitcoin world bothers to speak with customers/shareholders anymore... im really angry about this behaviour in bitcoin area.

KNC should be shipping second batch around Nov 15th.
In two weekstm now Wink

Anybody managed to trace ipo cash ?!

No wonder Sam said in a few weeks we'll update about other batches lol.
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Then it would be interesting to know how many knc miners sam could have bought back when he had the ipo-bitcoins. Or he bought later from other buyers.
Anyway... there has to be a border how much hashingpower he could have bought. He only could break that border if he really has his own asic design and can build miners at cost.
Unfortunately i lost trust. Only theorizing.

If i had millions on the line, i'd find a way to *rent* haspower at slightly above the cost of bitcoin it produces & dump it online for a day or two to discredit my accusers.  Only theorizing.

Quick update.

I'm not giving too much away but, yes investigations have started.  I'm no longer interested in share holders opinions on if this needs to be done or not.  I want my BTC back + compensation (and that's allot of BTC).  I've committed to employing serious collectors who understand allot of $$$ is to be earn't.

Thanks for the update.
Seeing that Labcoin has no respect to towards their investors by not communicating or follow through with the business plan and promises, it's good to see someone pursuing with an investigation as to what the hell is going on, and I hope you treat him/them with the same disrespect too.  Lips sealed

Good Luck.

To sum up-

We have a slowly decreasing hashrate which has become more unstable.

We have dividends being paid less often and in smaller amounts (this is the dumbest thing Sam's ever done, the divs are the only good will he has left).

We have no plan whatever for increasing the rate.  None.  Not even a claimed timeline.  Sam's just given up.

We have Sam making more of his shares public so he can trade them. Did he think we wouldn't notice?

We have Sam in fact moving hundreds of thousands of shares on the market with zero explanation.

The dividends really are the amazing part.  That's all that's keeping people on Sam's side and he's screwing it up.

@theswede75

did you disband from being PR?  are you just a shareholder like us?

in my thinking you dont seem concerned , you are not seroius business man, you are not interested here too,(just reading is lame).

if you are still playing a role in labcoin, phone the guy for god sake.

geeez, just phone him a couple of time a week, then tell us he aint picking up phone, etc,  then we know he is bullshitting us with misery and the fact he dont care about you too.

all i want see you engage some talks here, with concerned shareholder,  unless labcoin cut you off your role completely, say it here.

btw guys, i think sammy paid for howards education for university, with our ipo,  what do you think?
that 10btc he got paid,  is hard to believe,  i feel his whole thing he said is a lie, nothing is true here.

sammy is complete numb, behaving like a teen women, which could be alesia lol.

geeez piss me off, 20TH lol, 50TH lol

edit: holy geez, i just checked hashrate, 3-5TH i see , now i understand problem with dividend, unless he is playing around for his benefit

he aint even have engineer team, not sure if he going to depend on outsourcing, but still this whole thing is lie to me.

It's gone between 3 TH and 17 Th over the last couple hours.  Up and down in big spikes.  The 17 TH was probably some weird reporting thing, I don't think it was real.

As usual, no word from Sammy as the system becomes more and more unstable.

Nearly 300,000 shares just made public. This for me was the tipping point. I considered labcoin a gamble but it is more than an epic fail. I predict a small increase in hashrate so those newly public shares can be sold off for top dollar.

Seems the most probable scenario.

Maybe so, maybe so.

Spikes over 20 TH in the last hour.  Sam is up to something.

Haven't seen any spikes just the same old? You might have a glitch, like once it showed on mine that it spiked to 12TH which was clearly not the case.
