I was promised to receive about 400k tokens, after several days of discussion and skype calling.

I did Italian translation too, the Italian proofreading and final corrections (a lot), as I’ve Already said, William promised me a part of the whole payout for Italian translation.
What William said to me:I thought you get 125.000. (Me)
Him like 80k, the other translator around 100k.
And the proof reader 20 and 25k.
I don’t know the other translators.

Anyway, the problem here is not that.
William, with his unsustainable technique to only speak privately to people, gave misunderstandable messages on purpose.
For example, in our Skype meeting, he told me about a grand total of 4 million tokens, to be split among about 10 people, so the per-translator amount could have been a maximum of 400k, of course, if more translators, less payment per translator, but that's understandable.
The other problem is that I am a professional translator. In every job I had, and you can check there how much i have done:

This is called "Agile" methodology, and allow me to deliver high quality material very fast, which could be critical for an ICO which only exists for a limited amount of time.
Instead, what happened is that William got my entire work (despite I was constantly delivering them chucks of it while working) and came back after weeks with the list of errors (typos. not translation errors or misunderstanding. just typos) claiming that 100 typos on a 20 thousand words task were unacceptable.
Well, I am sorry, but I do not think like this way. This happened because proofreading was not intended as a task to help the translator to provide high quality material, but to monitor his work trying to spot errors and accuse him for that.
I am sure you can completely understand how childish and un-productive this approach could be.
The translator job is not just to translate chunks of text, is to understand, rebalance, and re-impaginate documents, which can be really more time consuming than translating. And when you have to work with design softwares like Illustrator or Acrobat Pro, it's easy to miss a char in a word. No big deal, that's what proofreaders are for. I am sure that William already knows this very well, too bad, it is not able to use such as methodologies, and this i why for example, during my translation job, made me do also HIS OWN stuff he was doing as german translator for the Emmrates project

You threatened more than once to not give me a single token if I didn't follow your commands in a master-slave manner. I am tired. Tired of your childish behaviour, your complete incompetence (Not being able to open a pdf from Google Drive, which is also my way to correct typos at runtime, is non acceptable for a management job like your) and your un-productive "control maniac" approach.
Do whatever you, if you want to ban me because I have spoken the truth publicly instead of just stay silent leaving you continue doing whatever you want (for example contacting the other italian guy instead of me or instead of publicly answer me because you know you are so wrong), just do it.
I won't work anymore with you in any case. And, after this figure of shit you've done with the entire Sharpay community, maybe you won't work as a bounty manager for any other project. Your behaviour burnt you. GG
