I don't think anyone can confidently predict the end of the bear market but there is one thing I know for sure, that the market will recover again anytime soon.

I think that it is still to early to think about bull market. Do you see any big progress in crypto? Bitcoin still have problem with scalabillity, Bitcoin still can process only 7 transactions per secon, while Visa can process more than 20 000 transactions per second! This bear market may last a few months more but I think that would be it. We are already in the bear since many months and seems like the prices have dipped and stabilised. From now onwards we can expect a steady increase slowly.. A huge bull might come during halving between 2019-2020. Let's see what will happen.
