I think its better to wait for the prices to go up than to sell in a losing deal and to be honest we holders aren't not really waiting for any specific date but rather for the entire market to recovers. Actually it depends on the project you are investing. There are many factors to help the project become more potential. such as ideas, how to promote, communicate, team implementation, trading platform. So, it depends on the ICO project that the investor will decide whether to hold or keep going.
