Finally spring bull run is coming?

I wonder if the bearing sentiments have passed for at least a month or two and it's time for bull runners now? What are the expectations for April-May 2018? I understand  the whales fixed their income and closed their positions with some profit and now the market will be slowly moving up. Is it the case? Additionally, I have read many comments and opinions about the ICOs confidence significantly dropping comparing to previous year, and now it became extremely difficult to find the right ICO to invest in...

Well, the sad thing is that the bearish market is still here and is far from over in my opinion due to the massive price increases or all time highs last year. And with the losses that most of the greedy newbies and some veterans had lost in the hype and fall, I pretty much think that the majority of these people won't be getting anywhere near this industry for quite some time. Which might make this bearish market last longer than the past years. All we can do for now is to deal with the cards we have as of this moment and make the most of this bearish season to accumulate as much small profits as we can and wait for it to maximize on the next bullish season.

Some people expect the market to pick back up after tax day in the U.S which is April 17. Some expect the bull run to start in July after the deadline for crypto regulations by the G20. Its been a bad q1 for the crypto market. If it starts in July, the bull run will happen in q3 but most are predicting q2 to be the start of the bull run. Regardless of what happens, very excited to be apart of crypto.

Market will not start a bull run by itself - sentiment right is negative and needs some very positive news or actual product adoption to change. Might take months - even years, but we'll get there. Historical data says this will happen sooner rather than later

Last year, the rapid growth of cryptomarket occurred in the spring, after which the fall began gradually until the beginning of winter. At the beginning of this year, in January, there was already a rapid growth of the market. I think the next growth should be expected not earlier than autumn. We have time to prepare for this event

I think that whales will begin to fix profits much later. When the bitcoin cost again starts to be selected to 20k ... And now they bought. I would like to think that the spring of bulls began. But it's too early to draw conclusions.
