Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Any updates about when Madz is going to send our pay? The escrow wallet is already refilled. He said he's gonna send it out after 48 hours. .. @Madz are you still in China?

I already did contact one person from IOST but there's no reply. This is so frustrating and impossible. Escrow wallet was already refilled but still there's no signs of Madz going online. He said after 48 hours but its been 5 days since he's offline. @Madz? You're still in China? Are we still gonna wait for another month?

Hi all, I am an official representative of the IOST team.
First, I would like to sincerely apologize on behalf of the entire Internet of Services Foundation for the delay of payment during the past month.
Second, we were able to get in touch with MadZ yesterday and will be solving this issue as quickly as possible. We will make sure that everyone is compensated for the work they have done within the parameters of the campaign, and will also add a 5% bonus to the amounts you are owed as way of apology.
Lastly, we truly appreciate the work you have done to spread IOST across the crypto-sphere and hope that you will continue to interact with our community going forwards!
We understand that you have already been kept waiting far too long, but we ask for your patience as we work with MadZ to to remedy this situation.
The participants of this campaign have shown great maturity and understanding especially because of their faith and conviction in the IOST project, don't let all that be flushed down the loo because of the height of irresponsibility of the manager you people engaged. If China is yet his excuse, the simplest thing would have been to submit the updated spreadsheet and outstanding fund to the IOST team, so they effect the payment themselves and not to request for more fund to be transferred to him. He promised to pay within 48 hours, but it has been more than 96 hours and not even a word from him. Moreover the fund in the escrow account already depreciated in value by almost $3000. I just can't place him in his apologies few days back!

Hi everyone, I have just sent out all outstanding payments in BTC and IOST.* I hope that at least your patience and trust has been somewhat rewarded, and I thank you for giving me that. On behalf of the IOST team, I would like to thank you all for your enthusiasm and help over the past 10 weeks. Regarding the issues of the past few weeks, those mistakes were mine alone. With that in mind, I hope whatever interest you have in the IOST project has not been diminished due to one person's errors.
I'd also like to apologize for the miscommunication regarding the last round of payments. I made the mistake of not asking how long it would take for the escrow address to be funded when I commented regarding payment times. This was stupid of me, and although I ended up sending everything out within the 48 hours I actually received the funds, this obviously was not what you were expecting.
Finally, it has also come to my attention that a few IOST payments have been dropped from the network, as the Ethereum network is particularly congested right now. This is despite using a higher than median fee (80 GWEI), so I am not sure what else I could have done to avoid this. Judging by the remaining balance of the escrow address, this totals under 10% of the total payments. To reiterate, I am aware that this is an issue, and will be re-sending any effected payments later tonight to avoid any potential double spends at the moment. Feel free to PM me if this includes you, or if you think your payment is incorrect, however, I will also be going back through the spreadsheet.

Thank you Madz. It was a real pleasure working with you, and despite all the ups and downs, I always knew that this was the right campaign to be in. I am looking forward to working with you in the future again. All the best to the IOST team and their project as well.

Payments in IOST and BTC received! Am glad it all ended on a good note. Thanks MadZ, you're still a gentleman and wish you better luck in your future endeavors. Big thanks and best wishes to the IOST team and all the participants in this campaign.
My 2 cents: Guys let's not be in a hurry to path with our IOST token, instead, let's buy at the dip the sell off by some people may likely create and then sit back for some nice ride!

I don't believe it will, because as you know the campaign was already extended for 1 month..and most of the participants have joined other campaigns.. I am not sure, may be Madz will make an announcement.
