i agree but will like to split your half into 2 halves. one being for the top 20 and the other half into longshots. the longshots have a chance to make your portfolio heavy.

Would not buy NEO. They failed on delivering. They are still at 33 tps second. Neo wants to be enterprise ready in 2 years time. Stratis is in 2.5 months enterprise ready. Can handle over 50k+ tps.
