If i were you i wont, because your regular job pays off in the long run especially when you are old enough and ready for your retirement years, risking your life with cryptocurrencies isnt an option because our community is still in great danger because these countries might regulate our cryptocurrencies in the future and there still no assurance that they wont.

I am a normal person who just work in an office that has only small gain of penny. When I was introduced in crypto world, my ideas widen. I now participating on the social media bounty campaign (facebook , twitter etc.) which I gained an amount of token, and exchange it directly on the market. In spending time of bounty campaign, I have a monthly income that triples my office work salary. May I ask an opinion, I want to resign in my office work, and just spend my full time in participating bounty campaign, is my decision correct?
I have a very similar situation with you and I decided that if I earn more on Bounty campaign than my salary for 2 years, then I will leave and will spend more time Bounty. Until then, do it after work.

Surely it is but the question is,how would you know that these cryptocurrencies will last before your retirement? it could give you a lot of money in a short period of time but you know the risk if these cryptocurrencies are going to be restricted in most of the countries you wont get good results in the future, especially when you risked your retirement with cryptocurrencies.

I advise you don't resign your job. I know income from bounty is much more than when we work in an office, but not every bounty that we finished give us a good income. sometimes some project that we are joined when we finish our job they not paying us (scam project) or sometimes token or coins that we have got from this bounty is worthless...

It is a risky thing to do because you could lose your whole life if you do that, cryptocurrencies isnt stable that is why you shouldnt be doing that, regular job is always needed for your retirement, doesnt make sense because if these market collapse your retirement benefits will be lost too it isnt worth the risk if you asked me.

You should stay your job and do your bounties too. Your job gives you health insurance, friends, different point of view. And your bounties will give you money
if they are not scam.
As I can see you are bounty hunter too. So do you really think all of us (bountists) are sick, alone and have just one point of view?   Grin

Not a very good idea, retirement benefits will be put into a risk if you arent too young to work or if the cryptocurrency market collapses what will happen to you in the future? you wont have a good life so if i were you i wont be choosing between a short and a long term views. You will earn a lot of money in bounty campaigns but you need a lot of time and effort,do not risk things that you cannot afford to lose.

In my opinion, the decision to resign or the leftover should also be taken on the basis of how much savings you have.
And also on the basis of duties that you are carry before the family, children, the bank, etc.
If the savings  are sufficient for at least 3-4 months, and the obligations are not too heavy, then you can probably give up work. Especially if it does not bring spiritual satisfaction. If there are few savings and the situation is not yet stable, it is still better to keep the work. Or it is possible to shorten the time spent on it, if possible.

There is no need to enter such a risk. You should continue your work. Things can go wrong here. You can ruin your life.

Doesnt worth the risk because cryptocurrencies doesnt have any assurance that it will be more massive or it will be fully adopted in the future that is why it is better to make it just a hobby so that you wont lose everything just like what a good trader says,do not risk all your money ,invest only what you can afford to lose so that there will be no regrets.
There is nothing wrong with taking a risk here and there, in fact that is what we are doing by investing in cryptocurrencies however to risk the money we need to pay our bills and our expenses is a huge mistake, when it comes to that we need very cautious, we need to have a way to pay for all of those expenses that is not subject to the movements of the market.

Bounty campaigns are good if you are lucky to participate in a good and profitable one. The work lies in filtering the good ones out of the very many bounties available today. Signature bounties often pay most. The one I'm wearing (Medichain) has a pretty good payout for bounty hunters and seems to be a good project as the ICO is going on smoothly.

Last month I left my job and by the help of a friend, I started joining bounties. I saw my friend's wallet and he earned 7500 $ from September 2017 to February 2018. His level is member. He also does not work. Now I have been following 60 bounties but I get up early and work till night. I work much more than my last job but I dont know if I am going to earn anything. Finally, earning from bounties is not definite and must not be fully trusted but if you have leasure time, you can join some trustful ones.

I believe in that spending more time in bounty can gain more tokens ,it will be the product of your desire to spend time in bounty and you are working hard on it just like your present job, if that ICO bounty project be successful then you will be given that promise allotted to the kind of campaign you are joining, that is the price of your time spend in bounty.

Yes it does but if you have a regular job better to do both of work. if I were you I will go to my job to work while doing some bounty campaigns I can't do it both right now because I don't have a regular job to work that's why I'm focused to bounty campaigns but it's not better to get all your needs to support your daily needs here that's why I also try to look some regular job to work here in my country for a better days.

Nope, don't resign! You need a stable income! Yup it's true that spending more time will give you more tokens but you should really keep your job.
Just manage your time well, working in one bounty campaign is good but working on a lot more is better just keep it into 5-10 campaigns.
If you manage your time well then you'll definitely gain a lot of profit

Yes you can earn more tokens when you spend more of your time in bounty campaign if it is successful in the end. But this is not a good reasons that you quit your daily jobs. What we need to do is to manage our time properly in-order to attained both activities and this will surely gives us a good source of income and more profitable in the future. Time management is the best way to make it win.

If your job is not a good one then there is no reason why you should remain with it. If what you say, that your monthly income is three times more than your office work salary, then the more reason why you may decide to just focus on bounty campaigns rather than on spending several long hours almost everyday in an office job that pays you a meager salary. You are right, that the more time you give to bounty participation the bigger your income would be. You can join in so many other campaigns such as video or blog creation.

My advice will not to leave your job for bounty campaign only. It is not a reliable source of income. If you can mix with other income sources, then you might consider resigning from the job. Regarding increasing the pay with bounty campaigns, that will only happen if your profile goes to higher rank. This will require some time (to complete activity) and merits (which are hard to get). Therefore, I do not think that it is a wise decision to leave your job just for the bounty campaign.

If you are confident enough that your time will be more worthy in bounty campaigns you should resign but if you arent confident that bounty hunting will be a permanent source of income you shouldnt because your retirement will be put at risk,if you couldnt millions from the bounties i suggest do not leave your current job.
