The major reasons nowadays Is lack of awareness and promotion. Even at this, there is also the problem of releasing a working project /prototype /mvp, this is a very important aspect as investors mostly go for ICOs which show some potential and drive.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

if you do not take into account fraudulent projects in advance, then the developers often set overestimated goals without having a plausible implementation plan for this and investors are scared away - no one wants to give their money for what is not clear. And often the team overestimates its strength, or the relevance of the project and its competitiveness begins to work on creating something that already exists successfully and for a long time, and has some advantages.
even though their aim was to give them a great deal of attraction but because of what they conveyed too much it would make people afraid to join, even me who was a bounty hunter didn't want to take part in such projects especially investors who had to take risks for money they

The cryptocurrency market has lost investors. I think this caused the decline of the ICO industry. But I hope that everything will change soon.

The market did not lose investors, investors remained. It’s just that now they are very strict with the selection of ICOs. It’s all about the fraudsters in 2017 that were too many. Now there are very high-quality ICOs and not as many projects as they were in 2017. So everything will be perfect.

I think that investor interest in ICO projects is resumed at the moment when the market goes up. We have to wait for the bull trend.

Lack of active development and long term vision, the market situation, not transparent team are only some of the reasons why an ICO fails. Some of them are simply without proper use case, or they are copycats.

Poor market conditions are the main reason for the small amounts raised during the most token generation events. People are withdrawing their crypto or selling it and quitting the industry. We need more active investors.

Now, many people have been taught by bitter experience, so they began to invest in those ICOs in which they see a prospect and do not act at random as it once was!

I think that is happening due to the poor management, because the team members are unable to create enough hype around their project and to make people buy their coins. The falling market affects the investors decision as well.

sometimes i think road map not clearly is a part reason not much investor their get and soft cap and hardcap target is to big, that make sense because when the target is too big how to reach it, that why not much investor and the project will fail

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail. From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail? 1. Being too complicated: If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience. 2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity: The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?" I believe the list continues.
You still lack a few reason. That project may be good but not be implemented at right time and not have abundant financial resources to survive when the market is in crisis as now

As for me the main reason why many ICOs failed is because there is no regulation and there is no way to hold them responsible for their actions and in-actions and this is normal in human society, the reason why many tend to the right thing is because of laws put in place that will hold them responsible.

There are several factors why ICOs failed and most of them are actually unavoidable. First factor is the project it self. If a certain project is not transparent and their goals are unattainable, it will fail eventually. It should also have a clear roadmap and a real team of developers behind the project. Another factor that might affect the outcome of an ICO is the market condition.

It is also one of the reasons for the failure of ICO projects. But I think it depends a lot on team Devs. Some projects have become frustrated because the Devs team was so greedy when he took up a lot of the project's token and used it for bad purposes like money laundering. they don't even trust their projects and will often sell tokens to run away from the project. That is a huge problem and we should carefully read the token rules before investing.

Because most of the ICO project is more like a hype, they didn't have any meaning, from their white paper can determine that they are unlikely to succeed, so I think now is not a good time to an investment ICO.
Not just being a hype, most ICO now are scam. The only true and good ones fight to list in a good exchange. I think project team these days no longer take time to make plans and implement well on the project setup. This is very bad.

The most important reason is human greed. A lot of ICO projects are trying to play with people's feelings. There are various charity projects, projects that try to preserve nature and so on.

There could be many reasons why an ICO fail but the most common is when the team is not active after the fund raising and they are not willing to fulfill their promises.

I think ICO fails in many ways because the product that they are trying to provide is not at all interesting to the audience!

besides that there are many more that cause ICO to fail, and one of them may be because they do not comply with existing rules or you are not careful in choosing a good project so that ICO runs poorly so the project fails. choosing a good project is sometimes still not good at running it and there are still other disruptions and caution against fraud.
