I think there are too many reasons for the current ICO failures, but I think the reason for most ICO failures is that their projects are totally unrelated to blockchain. Many projects do not actually meet the requirements demanded by ICO. They simply write a white paper that is impossible to realize and then immediately start ICO, which has not been prepared with a mature necessarily failed.

according to the thought of one of the main reasons ICO fails is because the team behind the project and marketing because the product will be shipped after ICO, but seen System they can not maintain their company in the crypto market because they do not plan well every step they need to do. Maybe they stick to a strategic plan.

Bad management of the project, not good business idea, something copied and not unique - this are the main reasons, I am not speaking about the projects which are scam at very beginning. So in this situation good expertise is very important thing, comparing and rating platforms should take their responsibility and provide real rates.

There are several possibilities of ICO's fail, among them because the new token can't compete with top Crypto which is perched on the board at the moment. so, its use has't economic function. Another reason could be due to a lack of understanding from developers or entrepreneurs over Crypto the utility and security of the new token.

I agree with your opinion because ico is too much and has a very similar concept, most of them just imitate the concept of ico that already exist. So we need to very selective before deciding to invest in ICO's.

ICOs should be first, informative and should be understandable by either higher ranks or newbies and should use words in laymans term. Next is, it should be innovative and have a great use for the future not only for short term. Lastly, it aims for the people and not just their money.

Most of the ICOs start with the idea of getting as much money as possible from the people. They have no idea if they will be able to even develop and market the product themselves. Also most of the projects don't really have that much potential as much as they are being valued at.

According to me ICO will be success or fail depending on the their team founder, if they really solid and professional to development their project for sure will success although many competitor in the market.

That's right, the similar concept with other ICOs can lead a new ICO to be failed easily. Moreover, when the ICO doesn't have the new innovation that will make the project different and unique. It sometimes also is influenced by the community and the trust of the people that can lead them to avoid the project to be invested.
Ico fail or not because so many reasons. I think you are right that they are failed because they have similar concept.
Very similar concept makes the project is not interesting to investors. And not interesting means nobody or not many people will buy it.

Most of ICOs failed because of the irresponsible bounty managers. They have making a way to make people trust their bounty campaign so that many people advertising their ICO but when it ends only the irresponsible gain money they steal the money of the members.

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.

Ico's success is always depending on the developers hard work and investors will be only interested if you have a very good marketing strategy that will promote their platform in the industry.

Some ICO's are relatively scam and they really don't care on the investors or traders except for the money they took from them. But some ICO's are good and legit you just have to identify which one is good and will take good care of all your investments.

It seems to me that some projects are not going to do anything. ICO is already being advertised in some places as a way to get money from the air. Also, many teams do not know with what problems they will encounter in the implementation of the project and on the ICO stage for them the main thing is to raise money.

I think there may be two reasons for this. The most important thing is that the fundraising fails. It is impossible to complete a project without funds. The other is a white paper in which investors are not optimistic about the project. Embarrassed

In my opinion, an unsuccessful ICO has many factors. For example, the project is unclear about long-term goals or short-term roadmaps. Sometimes the project copied systematically or copied a white sheet of another project. The DEV team was too comfortable to release many tokens to the market, leading to too much supply

Most IKO are failures (for investors, because the development team is almost always in the payout due to the high-quality crypto currency) because they assign a too greedy initial price, do not use hard cap etc.
