Cryptocurrency to be accepted in shops by 2025?

I also believe shops are going to accept cryptocurrencies by 2025. Honestly, online shops will probably be using crypto much earlier than that.

There are already dozens of online pay possibilities to use bitcoin. In Poland there's a food delivery service in which besides using online payment through your online bank account or secured credit card transaction, there's a possibility to pay via your bitcoin wallet.

that would be awesome come on, I already see myself going into my favourite Store and buying my favourite ice-cream, and pay for it with my bitcoin Ledger Nano.

actually, it is happening right now. but as of now, I heard a news that the bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that allowed to ise to buy products and services in the online. it would be a good idea if all cryptocurrency we're allowed to use in the online. let's believe that the cryptocurrency will make to survived this year because it wil not happen if the cryptocurrency are die this year.

No need to go all the way to 2025, because right now in my country many accept goods trading transactions with Cryptocurrency, like it buy electric token, pulse and water token and sometimes merchandise such as clothes, hats, shirts and scarves can also.

 It's in my country but may be different from your country. and my expectation next year can be received Cryptocurrency in your country for the transaction.

I don't think we can wait till 2025 before shop accept cryptocurrency for payment because some notable online and offline shops now accept cryptocurrency as means of transaction. I think there will be more adoption by 2020.

Interesting article, but 7 years is long time to wait and many things could happen in this long time period.

That would be interesting, cryptocurrency to be accepted on shops,restaurant,malls but i would still used my real money instead of currency. Why? We all know that crypto coins price are volatile. Its not advisable to be used as payment.

Well. I'm sure that the cryptocurrency will be accepted in the shops some years later. Now, some cryptocurrencies have been also accepted in some industries. But, they are still some few only. If we see the review done by the Lendingblock, we may be aware that crypto is actually acceptable for some payment and transaction. It is not only about investment and trading.

I believe it can happen. One thing I have known is that, when it comes to cryptocurrency, anything is possible. I have also envisaged that the world we are in will soon become a place that will embrace cryptocurrency to the point that no one will avoid using it

it is very difficult to predict such things. if by 2021 banks and other financial systems will use cryptocurrency, it may very well be that in stores they will accept. but guess very hard.

You are correct when you say it is difficult to predict this kind of things but most of the time the adoption begins from the bottom, what I mean is that businesses will not begin to accept bitcoin until the population does, after all a business does not care about an ideology and cryptocurrencies they only care about profits and when enough people demands it then we will see most business accepting crypto.

I doubt you conclusions, because if we want to be spread widely in shops we have to have some kind of centralisation. Right now it is impossible to set a deadline for that, but I don't see it happen by 2025.

It is possible that by then there will already be widespread adoption of cryptocurrencies so it could be that all of the shops by then have started to acccept cryptos at their shops. Until then though, cryptos still have a lot of growing to do if we ever hope to get to such a stage where we can pay for stuff in shops with cryptos

Why do you say that there were only "attempts"? in my opinion the number of outlets and establishments where you can use crypto-currencies as payment - only increases. Maybe it does not happen as quickly as we would like, but it will take some time.

I can well imagine something like that, that it will come sometime.
I also believe that 7 years is a good assessment. It takes time and people have to get used to it.

I think, it is very possible. technology evolves. I suppose that in the future it will happen much more frequently.
