Cryptocurrency to be accepted in shops by 2025?

In the past, BTC was accepted in some of shopes. But when the market was pumped up, people don't use BTC for buying stuff any more. Instead of spending BTC in shop, they hold their coins and wait its price increase to get a big profit.

Yes i do believe it, and it might be not only bitcoin that will be accepted in store, maybe there will be a stable coins that issued by central bank which is stable not volatile and do fit for transactions and also using blockchain technology like bitcoin. Cryptocurrency will have a bright future in 5 years and also the use of blockchain will be emerge and used massively

Yup, this would be a great option to ensure the fear against cryptocurrencies is gone. But the problem is, if the government makes acceptance a law, I guess they would do it with one particular coin, a single coin, might be stable or the value will be same as of the country-specific fiat. So technically, even then many cryptocurrencies would be invalid unless we have an option to trade other coins with the accepted coin or vice-versa.

I am definetly sure that will be more sooner than 2025. Because also in my country too many people started to accept some cryptocurrencies in their shops especially ethereum.
That will be huge. very nice to see that kind of news.

It seems to me that some altcoins will be used , but for example bitcoin is very much uncomfortable to pay them and other coins are very quickly coming

Very interesting survey and promising results. It is weird why by the year 2025 and not earlier. Cryptocurrency has high chances to be accepted in shops before that year. Many online shops have already accepting it.

Crypto currencies are accepted in stores in Japan. I have time to be accepted worldwide. The project announced last week in Dubai is promising. You will be able to shop at the stores by paying in Dubai with the crypto currency.
