I seriously doubt a civil war is underway in US. Rogozin is famous for giving fantasy description to events, exaggerating to absurd.
You need to know that Rogozin was on sanctions least until October 2018, unable to visit USA. That ban was temporarily taken off so he could visit NASA, with NASA being shutdown by government, the visit is no longer necessary so  Rogozin takes the most out of this, imho.

A hard copy was mailed to me but I haven’t received it yet but I also got a PDF copy cause I’m so patient.  

I’ll post a pic with my mug actually reading it when I get the real deal.  It’s definitely a very interesting read, although I can’t discuss details [yet].
