I just checked, doesn't seem to be any outstanding.  Maybe refresh your browser?  If that doesn't work PM me and I will look into it.  Cheers

got it now thanks , now how am I supposed to turn the promo money into my main balance in order to be able to withdraw it
should I wager it X times ?? or I can just place bets with it and the money I win will be credited to my main bitcoin balance ?

You can read the terms here:

well my bet just lost but can't see any refund in my balance or in bonus , is the bonus balance the same as promo ?? cause can't see anything related to refund and my promo balance is still zero
can you please check it for me ?

I have had a look at what I think is your account (based on the fact its the only account from your country that bet at that time).

The reason your bonus didn't go straight across was that you didn't verify your email prior to placing the bet.  Our support team seen that you verified moments after you placed the bet and took the initiative to credit your account with the bonus.

So for any reading this, ensure you verify your email prior to placing your bets of the promo will not be credited.

hey , can you please add more lines to your tennis such as handicaps
I can only see ML , correct score and set handicaps so adding more lines especially games handicap , tie break and as many lines as you can would be really great

I notice that you have been taking advantage of our odds on French and German Basketball. welcome on board and good luck.

To answer your question, No we havent changed our margins at all for racing.  Horse racing is very different to sport, there are many horses in a single race, we may be short on the horse that you like but longer on others in the race.  Are you comparing us to Betfair Exchange?   If so you have to take the commission into account.

We are confident that we are sharper than almost any racebook:

Take the next in Canberra Australia (race 1), for the three in the market:

Bet365 have;
1. Underground @ 2.7
2. Bull Bailey @ 2.5
3. Just Two Vees @ 6

mbet.io has;
1. Underground @ 2.9
2. Bull Bailey @ 2.6
3. Just Two Vees @ 6

Or have a look at the first in Brighton the UK  (we have a fixed odds market up 15 hours before the jump) .

Coral.co.uk have:

3.  Ghayadh @ 3.75
2.  Kalagia  @  4
and
1.  Crystal Deaville @ 4.66

mbet.io has;

3.  Ghayadh @ 3.80
2.  Kalagia  @  4.20
and
1.  Crystal Deaville @ 4.40

So if you are keen on the 3 or the 2 we are the book, if you like the 1 you would head over to coral.

FOR TRANSPARENCY I DID TRY TO COMPARE US TO THE ONLY OTHER CRYPTO SPORTSBOOK THAT HAS RACING BUT THEY HAD NO MARKETS UP FOR ANY RACING.

yep you guys are the best in crypto when it comes to racing since the only competitor isn't having interest in taking care of racing
yeah maybe it's just my luck in the races that I want to bet on , I was able only one time to find high odds for the horse I want to bet on but will keep looking for all the races so hopefully I catch better price with you guys

yeah been betting on European basketball and there was good prices there comparing it with other bitcoin sites , so cheers
hope you also take care of other sports , cause your platform looks the best if we compare it with other bitcoin sites and it would be nice if you have great prices for other sports as well

hope you have some good lines for the world cup since it's the main event at the moment and maybe you can add some outrights bets as well

Thanks for the positive feedback.

We will have plenty of stuff surrounding the world cup ( we currently have matches in up until the 22nd ) it is under the sub heading of international soccer, we will move it to the top of the navigation early next week.

As for the outrights our team is currently working on a fun range and we should have them released in the next few days.

30 Minutes to the Belmont Stakes

Will JUSTIFY win the Triple Crown?

With the race comes the prospect that Justify, a chestnut colt that’s already won both the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes, could become the first Triple Crown winner since American Pharoah in 2015 and the 13th horse to win the Triple Crown since Sir Barton first claimed the title in 1919.

EDIT:  YES HE DID!!

ok so I just opened the site again to check the odds , and here are screenshots from your site and from betfair
you can clearly see that the odds are way higher on betfair for all the horses , also opened odds checker and found that the odds are higher almost everywhere
https://prnt.sc/jtnvcy
http://prntscr.com/jtnvzu

please check it yourself and see , the odds aren't competitive at all and I'm sure that I was able to catch better prices before but not sure why it's like this now

there are many people who are willing to bet on horses with bitcoin , but you need to at least be competitive with Fairlay that offers racing but with low liquidity

there are many people who are willing to bet on horses with bitcoin , but you need to at least be competitive with Fairlay that offers racing but with low liquidity

To explain a few things.  Betfair is an exchange which is very different to a bookmaker.  I will try and lay it out so that you can understand the difference.

Firstly I will explain betfairs commission structure: Depending on where you are in the world betfair charges between 5% and 10% commission so you have to work this into the price.  So if you win $100 then betfair will take between $5 and $10, that means you DONT win $100 you win $95 or $90.  So in short the odds you are seeing are not the odds that you receive.

Next is the liquidity.  The race that you are showing has the ability for you to have $44 on a 1.72 shot.  That is odds to win $31.68 or $30.09 after commissions, or $9 on the second favourite.  If you would try to have say $100 on that horse or if many people try to have $10 on that horse you will end up getting odds far below what you are seeing.

I will agree that yes perhaps we were a little wide on the percentage on the race you have quoted, but then I have included screen-grabs from the next at Delaware (race 5) to show that we are in fact offering better odds in this market than betfair.

https://imgur.com/a/BJO5SAN

In this case we are 2.20  the favourite and they are 2.04.  The second favourite we are 6.5 and they are 5.8

So in short, yes you may be able to find a race that we are not competitive ( we have more than 200,000 races per year ), there could be many reasons for this.  We don't like the market, the conditions are changing mid meeting, there may be jockey changes that we are assessing, there has been a lot of scratchings and we haven't adjusted the margin fast enough or simple human error.  But I am sure that we are very competitive in most markets!

I hope this gives you a little more understanding of the way racing pricing works, I hope you enjoy having a bet on the ponies and good luck!

EDIT:  I didnt address the fairlay statement you made. Firstly I would like to say that fairlay is a good product and I think that it will succeed in the long run and I commend the guys over at fairlay for the great work that they are doing.  But to compare our prices with the current markets offered at fairlay is unfair.  I have just taken a screen-grab of the first at presq isle  that starts in 30 minutes, there is no comparison.

thank you very much for your response , btw my betfair commisions is only 3% on winnings
the reason I'm posting too much is because I want you to be at the top cause I really like the platform and I truly respect that you are the first bitcoin site to take care of racing I even told some punters on twitter about you and you are the reason they will actually start buying some bitcoins

also please lower the margin for world cup , I know that racing what you care about the most but I just checked the margin for world cup and it's over 8% which is really high

again please don't take my posts as I'm attacking the platform , all what I'm saying is because I want the best for you and me guys

Hey mate, not sure if you just caught the markets as we made them or something but all of our World Cup markets should be at 103-104% max on the main markets i.e 1x2, handicap, total

yeah I checked now and the margin was reduced to around 3.4-3.5% , probably you just added the games when I checked them
I checked the odds yesterday around this time and the margin was over 8% , but can confirm it's reduced now and placed my first bet on the world cup with you guys  Cheesy

is my account limited or do you use small limits for tennis ?? wanted to bet 9.6 mbtc on Ebden to win but the site only accepted 7 mbtc and it's not allowing me to bet more !!

hope you raise the limits a little , the odds are only X1.7 so max win isn't even 5 mbtc on that game

Let me check.  Your account is most definitely not limited!

EDIT:  The match was categorised as ITF that's why the small limit.  That has been rectified.

For future reference the best way to address issues like this would be to contact the support team on our live chat.  The live chat is manned 24/7 and in most instances they can answer your questions instantly

didn't know you have live support , thought it's the casual email support system so thanks for informing me

Hi All,

I just wanted to get out in front of this.  We have a punter that has a 25 mBTC withdrawal in the system since Tuesday, we have tried to contact them on the email provided with no response.  The problem we have is that they have asked for a withdrawal to an invalid BTC address.

If the punter is on here cancel the withdrawal and input the correct address.

Cheers and good luck!

EDIT: The forum works, we couldn't get him on email but he live chatted after reading this post.
