hey shaun , any chance to add the max bet for the events next to them cause most of the time I have to make the bet and try to see what is the max bet so I end up depositing more than what I need to bet on certain game

Its not something we have in the short term roadmap, but I will bring it up at the next sit down scrum. |

The biggest problem with this site is the slow grading. It takes hours for things to get graded, especially tennis. I’ve already contacted chat this morning and even after five hours my bet isn’t graded

Can you tell me what match you are referring to. Also can you let me know what your username is via PM so that I can review. I cant see any tennis that hasn't been resulted. |

Hi Carlos, The odds are in as soon as we have them compiled. In some cases that means that we will be in early in other circumstances that means they may be in later. They will always be in with plenty of time for you to have a bet. |

Im sure that you will still be able to find value compared to the local bookmakers. The favourite in the next race on the local bookmakers is 2.8 we have it 3.5 the number 3 is 7.2 local tote and we have it 11. Edit: I see that you still found value backing the 9 the place! |

Can you tell me what match you are referring to. Also can you let me know what your username is via PM so that I can review. I cant see any tennis that hasn't been resulted. Ok. I have just reviewed both your live chat and your bets. I must say I feel that your comments are a little harsh. Your Chat was answered by the operator Stephen within 1 minute and he continued to chat with you for the next 2 minutes. The next thing is. We give out Faucet drips for people to try out the system and yes I'm sure we have some failings, but; you have had the account since 25th of October last year, you have never deposited and in the past 7 days alone you have had 14 faucet drips. We appreciate feedback and we are always striving to improve not only the system but our procedures as well. We look forward to the day you become a depositing customer! |

yeah had this slow grading happening to me once , but it was graded right after I contacted the live support so no big deal with that since a lot of other sites as well have slow grading for some sports or events it's only annoying when you are waiting the winnings and have no balance to bet on an event that will start soon , but guess live support can handle that |

yeah had this slow grading happening to me once , but it was graded right after I contacted the live support so no big deal with that since a lot of other sites as well have slow grading for some sports or events it's only annoying when you are waiting the winnings and have no balance to bet on an event that will start soon , but guess live support can handle that Feel free to contact us on livechat if you ever come across any sort of issue like this. As @SyGambler pointed out for his case, if you hit the livechat up they will get a trader to deal with it ASAP. |

Ok so this may sound a little confusing but I will try and explain it as simple as I can. Always remember that the price score can never be greater than 1 (1 is Max). Price score is Square root of Odds, then -1. So square root of 4 = 2.
2-1 = price score of 1. (The max)So equation for your bet is: 10 x 12.5 x 1 = 125I hope that helps. |

Hey all, Just sticking a post to let you know that we are taking down the faucet.
We are sorry for the players that use it within reason, its the faucet leeches that have ruined it. We dont mind that they come along and play that's what it is there for, it is when a user has dozens of accounts and more than 70% of live chat time is eaten up by guys that have had accounts for months and never deposited that we had to put a stop to it.
Again sorry for any inconvenience, but if we don't stop it now the live chat support will start to be effected.

Your site has two major issues: long grading times and small pool of sports. Many other sites grade way faster and offer way more lines.

AFAIK grading isn't slow for all the markets , it's only slow for some of the markets and you can contact live support in case you waited long for your bet to be settled but yeah making it faster is better of course and I have asked before about adding more lines and more types of sports , the answer has always been is that mbet focuses more on horse racing but with time they may start taking care of the other sports as well |

Wow your site must be total shit if it can’t have a faucet giving less then 2 cents. Must have almost no customers. Just shut down. Play at nitrogen.
