Do you really let your clients to bet on racing without any problem? I used your similiar company for 1-2 months. I was losing and all were fine , then i earn 2-3 times and my bets started to match around 1 minute after i click confirm. Sometimes it gets matched more than 1 minute and funny amounts. ( Im not a big player , all my bets were around 50- max 100 €s ) When i ask them about this , they say ' Your account looks ok and theres no limitation or delay from our side ' .....  Also i sent them video records which shows this delay but nothing changed. Is it on your responsibility or your betting source Latrobet ?

Whats your company's judgment about these kind of problems ? I just wanted to get info about this before get an account.

personally it's been a long time since I used mbet so I don't have any idea , but if you are really betting these limits you should be fine
I didn't have such problems in the past and  I used to bet the same amounts you are betting
not sure why this is happening tbh , at the end the odds aren't great in mbet so they should be happy to accept any amount of money on their odds so probably it's a general problem with the odds provider

Hi Guys, sorry for the delay in responding.  I have been in Peru for the "Peru Gaming Show", there is plenty of exciting things happening in South America.  

In relation to bet size restrictions and delays in bets being set, the only clients this happens to are abusers of the system, such as clients with numerous accounts.  Our horse racing product has professional traders looking at the bets, so if your bet takes a few seconds to be accepted that is a trader just having a look.  As for the claim of 1minute+ I have never experienced anything like that, Im sure that if this has happened it must have been a system glitch rather than a client specific incident.

I am disappointed to learn that your 'professional traders', are delaying bets.

Two reasons for this, the first is the fact that it is a kind of cheating, and I am talking from the perspective of being involved in betting for the last 42 years on either side of the fence.
In pre internet days, a punter asked for a bet, and it was either accepted or declined, instant, just as it should be. By delaying you are leaving open yourselves to the suspicion of after timing as regards price movements, not a good thing.

Secondly, by adopting this procedure, you are showing no flair or initiative. Again before the internet a bookmaker would love a few clued up punters, because if the bookmaker was any good, he would use the punters knowledge and his own skill to his advantage, by adjusting prices on other horses, before the industry show does.

It was suggested that by a one of your customers, in this thread, that you  introduce a display max bet, I think it would be a good move for your firm.Would keep punters happy, and an happy punter can be a great asset in spreading awareness of your firm

I appreciate that in the pre-internet days things were a lot simpler.  It was also a time when a bookmaker stood a single race-meeting and a single race at a time.  Today we jump 170,000 races a year and offer exotics on a large portion of them.  

Further to this, in the crypto space anonymity introduces a layer that bookmakers in the pre-internet days could never have imagined. I can remember the days when on course bookmakers weren't even allowed to answer a phone.

I would like to clear up one thing, WE NEVER CHANGE THE ODDS ON A BET.  Unlike many books out there that have a box auto checked that says "accept odds change".

@thegreen, we dont offer lay options on any events.  On feature events we may offer favourite versus field markets, which is effectively a lay of the favourite. 

All of our withdrawals are human enacted and because of this withdrawals can take several hours, but we do our best to try and get them done asap.

I guess still waiting for this virus to be gone or cured and have horse racing up again.  In my thought that gamblers are on an online casino to gamble since there is no horse racing happended yet and being quarantine will make peoplr bored even me. I think bookies are not having lots of bettors unless a bookie also have casino games then it's okay.

The virus won't stop them, if you check out their site they still have tons of horse racing lines up for betting. A lot of sports bettor will most likely take a break since it's not a good idea to jump on other sports they don't know but for those who couldn't stay away from their sportsbook these are their only options for now.
