As some here already advised you it is possible that if you sell now you will lose. I would go more for hodling at this point. But one valid advice I can still give you. This is a good time to reshuffle your alts – maybe sell some and buy some others, the ones which reacts on green market actively. Just research some with good potential, check how they react on the market change. Almost everything is in the good price now, so it doesn’t have to be only the alts you have from ICOs you need to hodl
