if your altcoin is not a token, then I suggest to hold. but if it is a Token, you need to sell altcoins (tokens) that do not have growth. and stick to a good and growing altcoin. bitcoin will always go up and down. so don't panic to sell. see the conditions and find info about altcoin that you hold. that is the best thing.

Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice
