You should depend on the coin you are hodling and also consider the market. If the value of the coin is high and continuously increasing, it is good to sell it. But if it is not, just hodl it. Check the market too if the market is red or if it is green.

My advice is to hold your coin until the price gets back or when the price gets pump, because i also own a lot of altcoins coming from ICO's and i hold it now, but when the price gets pump i sell it immediately because i will regret it when the price gets a dump again, or my strategy is to sell the half and then hold again the other half.

The prices have not stabilized yet. And I am not sure whether the stabilization will happen anytime soon. When the market gives an impression that the prices are about to get stabilized, some event happens and the exchange rates crashes once again.

Perhaps you have invested in bad ICO projects. Because good ICO projects multiply ICO values.
I think you should sell all and invest in new ones. Look for some good people on analyzing ICO projects. Make friends with them and get their help.

I prefer to hold. because holding is the best choice when our money is decreasing 'cause the market is very volatile which is if the price goes down it doesn't mean it wil continue to decrease indeed it will rise again but it takes time so we should wait for it  .for the sake of our money and also to regain our loses on it.
