I belueve yes, it's the best time to buy more ethereum and if I would only have more money to buy some, I would purchase more of it becausw I believe that as the market blooms again , the value of ethereum would strike high as well. Ethereum is a potential token that is capable of sustaining us a good gain.

if there is a possibility in the future the ETH price will be cheaper than now you may delay buying it first. but, if for example the future will exceed the current price, then I suggest that you better buy ETH since now.

As a newbie good decision would be not to look for the perfect time, but to try buying every time when it will be affordable for you and when the market will be in downtrend, so you would know that the price is lower than usually.

Kindly wait for few days, before you invest. Currently you can see that price is pretty stable because everyone is waiting.
